*good breakfast *close to iron mountains *close to cavern park *close to restaurants I liket it.. see you next time.

Our check-in was delayed a few minutes as they were cleaning the room. The bathroom is ridiculously outdated and small with an awful yellow light and a toilet that we couldn't seem to flush every time. The room was generally clean and a decent size but the sheet was put on inside out and sideways so we had to strip the bed and redo it. Not the worst hotel but clearly no money is going back into it.

The hotel looks nice as you ride past. After riding past I made a reservation on the phone with Orbit, they made the reservation and took the payment in advance. The Orbit person who made my reservation told me once I made and paid in advance that I couldn't cancel or get my money back if I didn't show or take the reservation. After arriving at the hotel and checking in we realized how old and dirty the place was. The sheets on the bed would not even stay in place as we slept that night and had to refit them three times throughout the night, the mattress was so dirty and old. Carpet was dirty on the room and throughout the hotel. The place had a bad odor about the place. I think Orbit should be responsible fo checking out the places they book for others This place was the worst place my wife and I have ever stayed in, and totally made part of our long waited vacation a disappointment. Enjoyed most of our time there. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. However, the online description as well as the packet of information in the room, advertised a swimming pool and fitness center. The "swimming" pool was hardly large enough to take two strokes, so this was misleading and disappointing. Also, the fitness center was one next door with an agreement with the hotel. Sadly, the fitness center had closed months before, yet in information was given both online and in the info packet.

I go to Glenwood Springs about every week or every two weeks. They offer great outdoor activities including, hiking, rafting, fishing, a great Athletic Club and Hot Springs at the main Hot Springs. The Athletic Club has an excellent weight room with free-weights and great machines. In addition it offers an excellent steam room and access to the big hot springs. There's also a great park with rides and caves on top of the mountain in which you take the Gondola to access it.

Glenwood Springs is one of the best places to visit because of the spirituality of the place; the outdoor life and sports are endless (hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, etc.) and the HOT SPRINGS are very healing.

I would stay again. It's an older hotel but it was clean snd quiet. Lots of room

Bathroom was moldy and had no working fan. Room smelled of urine but appeared clean (other than the moldy bathroom). Front desk would not answer phone when we called for an extra towel (they only supplied 3 when there were 4 guests in the room) and had to walk down to the desk where employees were flippant about any complaints (observed other people complaining about various things - doors wouldn't open; lack of parking; etc) and we're not eager to help. Overall, slow, unhelpful service and dirty smelly room.

The hotel is close to walking distance to Glenwood Springs. The room was comfortable but a bit outdated.

This hotel was close to the hot spring pool, bit that was the only good thing. Carpets throughout need to be replaced, wall paper and painting needs to be up-graded, and missing bathroom fixtures need to be installed and/or fixed. Cleaning chemical smells were everywhere throughout the hotel. Chairs and tables in the breakfast area needed to be upgraded. The cleaning staff was working hard to keep the place clean, however, cleaning old and warn out carpets, furniture, and bathrooms does not make a hotel a good hotel.

Reminder to the staff, even white people speak Spanish. We heard what you were saying about us. I don't judge you for the way you dress, or what shoes you may be wearing, or if your child is handicapped. We stayed for 6 days, I tipped you until day 3 because even though you were speaking Spanish, I understood you as I speak it also. So then it got worse because I stopped tipping you. You never thought, not even once that I knew Spanish. If you know English, which I'm sure you do, my advise to the hotel would be you should speak it while you have white people that you are dealing with. Notice I didn't say Americans, because you are one.

This hotel is very dark and outdated. Carpet was dirty. The grout in the tile was black and pink behind the toilet. The wall paper is outdated, stained, and dirty. The hotel staff was very unfriendly. I asked the front desk for a blow dryer and they never brought it to me. Stopped by the breakfast bar on the way out and lost my appetite because the furniture in the dining hall was filthy and dusty. I will not stay at the Ramada Inn Glennwood Springs again.

I stated twice that we needed adjoining rooms on two separate conversations, both assured me we would have that and when I checked in that wasn't the case. It took the reservation agent at the front desk 20 minutes to arrange it for us. The pool was broken, the free breakfast eating area wasn't picked up from the night before. Beer bottles on the bar, like 30 of them, and the floor wasn't vacuumed or swept. I usually don't complain but I was disappointed.

Came to Glenwood Springs to Ski and enjoy the hot springs. Booked a suite since I was taking along a grand son. The suite was large and comfortable. The kitchen area was dated, cook top missing a knob, no oven, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, for appliances. There was no coffee maker, had the tray with coffee but no maker, one glass, one cereal bowl, 4 plates, silverware for 4, one knife for cutting, no pots or pans, no mixing bowls, no cooking utensils. I called the main desk and they said would get a coffee maker to us, it was not until the next day. I told them also about the missing kitchen things, said would get with house keeping, never fixed that. Lamp in front room had bulb hanging by an exposed wire. The chairs they had for the dining table were living room chairs, big and bulky. The morning breakfast was provided and had eggs, cereal, hashbrowns, some form of meat, toast, coffee, yogurt and mixed pasties. Pool was not heated and very cold, the hot tub downstairs was out of service so could not use. Like the fireplace in the room it was not allowed to be used.

The pool was open but the water wasn't heated. The shower's are meant for someone 5 ft and under. The beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor.

Our room was a lemon. It smelled of pet urine. I had to make six long trips to the reception area to get my key rekeyed when the real issue was that the locks did not work. The second night we were given another room that was much better. Staff tried to be helpful but the locks just did not work and we were in danger of being permanently locked out of the room with all of our stuff inside once the maintenance man left for the night. Didn't really want to waste all the time needed to deal with malfunctioning locks when we wanted to be out having fun…...

We enjoyed the hotel but it was on a very busy road and very close to the interstate.

The location is good, somewhat dated, yet improvements can be seen. Breakfast was decent. Watch your Credit Card. Was overbilled.

Focus was to swim in the hot springs pool. Which was a short walk distance from pool. Great Location and comfortable room.
