I was double billed for my room, First room I was given was filthy and still had all the wet towels from the previous guest. Hotel manager was difficult to work with at best. Housekeeping started bothering me at 9 am.
Hotel is close to where we needed to go. A comfortable stay. Customer service could be better and they should allow an early check in for those that are traveling over night. This town is so small and impossible that all rooms are booked!

The hotel is close to everything. The staff are very attentive and value your privacy. It was easy to rest as the rooms were very quiet. I just wish the double rooms beds were queen size. Other than that, the rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable. I stay at this hotel every year on our visits to Jesup.

Rooms are clean the room we got was in a great location right next to the outdoor pool, laundry area, vending. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall enjoyed my stay very much will be coming here again
The hotel was just what I needed after a long day of driving: conveniently located, clean and quiet with a large TV for entertainment and a good breakfast in the morning.

The room cleanliness in this hotel was extremely poor - even for a Days Inn. The comforters were badly stained, the bathroom was not clean and the room was musty. The windows don't open so airing out the room wasn't even an option.
Average Hotel. Attended business meeting did not stay in hotel for comfort.
The room was to be ready for us by 2PM, but when we arrived at room 314 the bed was not made, we were then given room 319. Mind you we arrived at 3:30pm. I was upset.
Nicely suprised, a very nice and clean room for a reasonable price. No great frills, but I knew that when I selected this hotel. This hotel is run with the customer in mind. They were even re-painting the outside while I was there and if it had any effect on their customer service it was very minimal. Above par continental breakfast, actually had sausage gravy biscuits, pancakes, waffles and eggs.
this was our second time and it was just as nice as the first.
The room was very comfortable and this happened to be the first night of our honeymoon and were happy that we had a very nice place to spend it.
