There weren’t deep soaking tubs in the king suite, despite what the suite details listed

I didn’t like that the towels in the bathroom that you place in front of the shower was dirty. Also the floor in the sleeping area was slippery so i was wiping the floor to where the floor was so dirty even when i put on my socks they were filthy i threw them away. The top lock on the door wasn’t there so if someone wanted to come in your room they could. Never will i go there again

I cannot think of any thing I disliked during my stay. The staff and other guests were so friendly and helpful. I will return to the area and stay at this location. It was very clean and affordable for the length of stay. I love the kindness shown by all the staff. The owners are doing a great job and have employed great people. Very enjoyable stay

Disgusting rooms, bathrooms and you could barely breathe in the rooms due to the foul odor.

The room was very spacious and they accommodate d me by letting me check in a little early

When I checked in they didn’t even ask for an ID. The clerk was having what sounded to like a personal phone call over speaker phone when I entered. She told them to “hold on” then asked me for my name, handed me my room key and pointed me to the elevator. I thought it was bizarre as I’ve never been able to check into a hotel without having to provide a valid photo ID and card for incidentals. The entire second floor had a weird odor however my room smelled and felt very musty. There was moisture on the floors making them slick. I would have placed a towel on the floor next to the bed to keep from slipping in the night however I only had two small towels total in the room. No wash cloths, no hand towels, and these towels barely qualified as towels themselves. They were very thin and rough. This hotel was just very sketchy feeling and gross. I will not stay there again.

This place needs a major update. I do believe they are in process they had stuff all over the floor and hall ways

Everything was good. Check in i didn't have any issues

Not a good stay house keeping woke me too early wanting in to clean the room and I had a do not disturb sign on goor. Upset when housekeeping try to open the door. Couldn’t go back to sleep.

No one was at the desk for check-in when someone finally arrived they completely messed up my reservation. When arriving in the room the smell was awful!!!! Toilet didnt flush, there was cracks and holes in the wall, carpet was Loose to the point my handicap mother in-law tripped a few times. Garbage was overflowing at rhe front door. Definitely would NOT come back again..

There were roaches in my room . No soap provided on day # 1.

We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. We have had problems with this hotel before but stayed again because we wanted to give them another chance. We have experienced on two occasions were the bed sheets have hair strands in them and a LARGE spot of menustration blood. The manager tried to say we put the blood on the sheets but we had just checked in within 5 minutes of the discovery. On our last visit we saw a roach crawling in the restroom and hair in the bed on the sheets. This hotel obviously does not change their sheets after each guest. Had they done that, we would not have experienced this issue on two different occasions. It’s enough that we as consumers have to pay the high cost of staying in hotels but to have to experience things like this makes it even more frustrating. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and have experienced problems with cleanliness. Paying more money doesn’t guarantee cleanliness. We as consumers need to demand better or we will continue to get what we are given (uncleanliness) because we definitely don’t get what we pay for. We plan to invest in a travel trailer for our sleeping arrangements in the future. Maybe you should consider that too if you do a lot of traveling.
