Excellent staff and very friendly from the reception people to the house keeping.

Great staff very clean facilities enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was small enough so there was not a lot of noise from other guests. We used the pool and hot tub multiple times, and had the whole place to ourselves. The hot tub was always hot and ready to go, and it was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had, with a TON of choices. Hotel staff was excellent, and the decor was lovely. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was quiet and comfortable and close to several classic cycling routes like Mt. Baldy. We could ride out our door. Donut Man is just down the street with fantastic yet affordable donuts. Really good food is about 10 miles away. Really good coffee about 3.

We chose to stay here for a marathon weekend because it was close to the race and because it looked so quaint and promised a hot tub. NO HOT TUB, very disappointing. Also the beds were really hard and there were no non-feather pillows, and I have really bad allergies. Was surprised for what the hotel cost that I didn't have simple accommodations like this. Otherwise, decent breakfast and safe clean place.

Nothing amazing, but overall is a good experience. The breakfast is included with the room but is just okay compared to other hotel breakfasts - could be improved. For the price, the rooms have nice upgrades, are clean and comfortable. Good location for APU parents visting their student.

They provided a clean room with a nice bed and pillows for a nights stay. IT was exactly as I would expect for a hotel of this price point. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very simple but I did not expect anything more. I would stay again.

TV does not work. the room looks nice and comfortable. route 66 is really a good memory for me

Decent hotel. Close to good restaurants. Comfortable bed, but the air conditioner was noisy.

it's a fair hotel with reasonable amenities and service. We needed to be in Glendora and for that reason it was great.

The hotel and our room was lovely, however our neighbors in the room next door, horrible. They had their TV up way to loud to sleep. Management tried calling 3 times and knocked on the door twice trying to arouse them, so they could turn it down, but were never successful. Offered us a new room, however at 1 A.M., to pack up all our stuff would have been difficult.. TV finally turned off at 3:08 A.M.

It is clean, well maintained and a reasonable value. We would stay there again.

Very clean and modern Hotel. Great for parents of APU students as it is very close to the University. Rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is great. Free breakfast is typical, but good enough.

The hotel was great. It was beautiful and very clean. I was dissatisfied with the fact that I could not check in early. The AC in my house was not working and I have a NEWBORN. I wanted to check into the hotel early. I wasn't able to do so. The person who answered claimed that they didn't have any rooms available at the time and that I should call back. Check in is at 3pm and that was when he said a room was available. He should have be straight forward and just said we do not allow early check in... instead of having me calling back early few hours.
