The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. However, the rooms have no sound proofing at all. The guest in the next room played music and talked loud over the night. They never slept. I complained several times to the front desk but they didn't stop their party.

We had a great stayed at this hotel really clean it was better than what we expected.

Close to great food places, easy to find, clean and beautiful room. No complaints

the hotel is nice for the price but i wont stay there again. bed is old very bad shape

Stayed at this hotel after visiting The Greek Theater and didn't want to drive home. I didn't expect much, just wanted a place to sleep and shower. The one Pro was the location, but the list of cons kept adding up. Among them: the shower was backed up, the room smelled like a combination of cleaner and smoke, the TV volume did not work, it was noisy both late at night and in the morning, you can hear people upstairs and outside as if they are inside your room. I wouldn't stay there again. Wasn't awful, but not worth what I paid a night.

We didn't have enough towels we were 2 people and only fr one person they put towel

This place is a Roach motel. There were roaches in the bed and overall the room was not clean. We kept on all our clothes and laid across the bed just until we were able to leave bright and early the next morning. We stayed the night because our flight arrived late and we needed a place to crash. There was a huge spot on the wall that had been plastered but not painted over. You can tell they are trying to do some improvements but they still have a long way to go. Stay at your own risk.

The pictures online have nothing to do with this place in reality. It is dirty and weird. It is incredibly overpriced. There is nothing about it that warrants over $100 per night. do not stay here unless you are desperate and there are no other rooms. Very, very disappointing.

This motel is an older hotel. If you have high expectations, this is not the place for you. If you want a good deal and are willing to put up with a few things, then this is ok. 2nd time we have been here. You have to ignore the following, old furniture underneath the stairwells, somewhat of a communication barrier with staff, the chairs needed to be either replace or the upholstery deep cleaned, I had to ask for a cleaner bathroom tub mat. None of this stuff bothers me since I was looking to stay underneath the 100 per night range. Bed was clean, air conditioner did not keep me awake, pillows were good. Room did not smell musty. It was quiet the 2 nights we were there.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. The wifi cut in and out sometimes, but other than that everything about this hotel was fine...especially for the price!

I booked it and when I got there they had given my room to someone else and they had me waiting there for 45 minutes. The room they gave me was nothing what I paid for and he was still like take this room we won't charge you more. When I got to the room I was like really I should get my money back But I had no where else to stay But I'm never going back that's for sure.

I booked this room last minute for a business trip. I walked around a little before crashing out and it's in a nice area - right next to a nice out door shopping mall and the downtown area. The staff/owners weren't very friendly- bordering on rude. The rooms was stocked standard, even included a mini fridge which is nice. However the A.C. takes forever to kick in, which poses a problem when you're trying to sleep in the Glendale heat in the middle of summer. Worst part was the bed. It didn't look washed. Food and hopefully tooth paste stains on the sheets. I was itching all night, I thought it was bed bugs, but discovered it was this salt that littered the bed. Probably a substitute for washing it. After the two hours of quality sleep I got, they at least remembered my request for an early wake up call and there was coffee in the lobby.

Free HBO but couldn't get signal for even regular stations half the time. Free WIFi but couldn't find them in scan for connections.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The toilet sucks... The room smelt smoke... I used my parfume to eliminate the smell but did not help. Other then that ... It's "you get what you paid for" type of hotel.

I will start by saying the the inside of our room wasn't bad. We got what we expected. However, the neighborhood is rough and the service was horrible. I called the hotel to confirm our reservation and couldn't understand the man (thick accent) on the phone who started yelling at me because I kept asking him to repeat himself. Then when we got there I showed him our reciept confirmation of payment and he made us pay again!!! I will be calling the manager ASAP! This man was rude and made our experience with check in/out a nightmare!

Spent one night at the hotel while in the area for a wedding. We were checked in and had access to the room before 1pm which allowed us plenty of time to change clothes for the wedding. The hotel was clearly quite dated. It could use some fresh paint and repair, but it was in decent shape for the price that we paid for the room. My entire transaction with the staff was about 5 minutes checking in and passing things back and forth through the slot under the bullet proof glass window. This of course leads me to think that the neighborhood on Colorado Ave isn't that great. The room was quiet. There were no noisy guests partying to keep up awake. It appears that several families were staying at the hotel.

Very little interaction with staff... I had some family visit with me during my visit in Glendale. No special request. Room okay for the money. Would consider staying again should the need come up. Parking became an issue later on in the evening. There was a 30 foot RV that took up lots of space and made it difficult to get a good parking space.

Other than the fact that the sheets were clean I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Carpet and walls were dirty, holes in the walls and door frames, no coffee or even tissues. Two microwaves (one didn't work) a table lamp with a broken on/off switch and missing light bulbs above the sink. Coffee pot in the lobby was filthy. Proximity to downtown Glendale didn't help. Next time I'll be prepared to walk further.

Ok if ur stayin one nite went to check in at the hotel and thy sent me to a smaller one looked like aoartments

1st and for most we went to one location on colorado and was told all the rooms were booked, we had to drive alot 5 blocks to get to another place that looked like a small apartment complex the room it self was decent , it actually looked like a old studio apartmnent , had a stove and a full size fridge over all if ur staying for one night then its worth the value other wise pick another place.
