the rooms had very few plugs for all our stuff we needed to charge. Breakfast we lacking, it was a continental breakfast, just coffee, toast, bagel and cereals. Staff was hosing the 2nd floor so we had to move our car and get it wall wet. We thought the place was just blah.
Hotel was in a good area to access Uber or Lyft. Good communication between me and staff, room was nice and clean, with a nice cozy blanket. Definitely recommend.

The housekeeper was great. The coffee maker in the room was dirty and had calcium build up in the part where you put the water. The coffee brewed was a dark brown color. Looked unsafe to drink. The soda machine wasn’t working. There wasn’t a breakfast. The carpet was outdated.

The towels are old, they need to be replaced
The set up was nice but the TV in the room didn’t work for the whole first day and night I was there. I was told maintenance will come the next day which was totally unacceptable they did not take anything off my room or move me to another room. I would never stay here again because of that.

Staff was great and responsive. My room was cleaned daily. 5-10 min walk to Glendale galleria so if you want food spots nearby you got everything ok walking or short DoorDash distance. You get a nice shower, a nice bed and tv with fridge and all. You get exactly what they tell you. I’d recommend staying here especially if you are trying to save a little money.

I liked that, although the property has been around for a while, the rooms appeared to have been fairly recently remodeled, and the entire property is matained well. The pool area looked very nice, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of breakfast items and set in a comfortable atmosphere. The gals working the front desk were quite pleasant. We were in town for a family memorial for just a couple of days and this property was in a great location for that, and we were within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. We had a drink at the Bourbon Steak restaurant down the street, which was very nice, but VERY pricey. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant at The Americana at the Grand, but we will not go back there as we paid $40 for two rib eye steak dinners that were terrrible, and the service was bad. Otherwise, it was a good trip, and we will come back to the Xilo.
The back room door was hard to close and after taking a shower there was a pool of water on the floor near the sink. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Glad they had coffee every day.
Smelly room, towels have hair on it. Asked for extra pillows on our first night and staff said they’re out of pillows. Gave us extra pillow on our last night. Parking is too tight. Safety is a concern, somebody has been knocking on our door at 11pm (we’re already asleep!). They charged us a parking fee which is not stated in your website. So disappointed!
