No clock, coffee machine or amenities. Customer service sucks! Answered phone "hello", yelled at me over the phone when I asked about early check in. 1 pepsi machine, ice machine is coin operated and f#cking filthy!! Room walls filthy, air conditioner sucked, loud and leaking onto sidewalks and parking lot. Bring your own towels and pillows. Booked a king bed and got a full size (smaller than a queen) for 2 people. 1 reading lamp, had to plug in and unplug because the switch was broken. Electrical outlet not secured to wall. Electrical tape around sink drain, visible and gross. Bottom of tub non slip filthy and stained. exterior dated, ceiling falling down outside room and water damage from above ac units reveals black mold.

This is a dive motel. I was put in a large smoking room, although my reservation was for nonsmoking. It reeked of smoke, and had an ash tray and matches. I asked the front desk for a nonsmoking room instead and was told they only had smoking. I called Orbitz, who called the front desk and got them to switch me to a nonsmoking. When I went to the front desk to switch rooms, I was told by a different person that there were no nonsmoking rooms. A lady finally came out who had spoken with Orbitz and gave me a different room. They said it was an upgrade. No smoke smell, but it was a much smaller room, drug deals going on at other rooms, car alarms going off at night, bedding with holes and hair on it, and a very loud noise coming from the bathroom sporadically that started around midnight. I was hardly able to sleep.

AC's front portion was broken, still working good. Overall satisfied.

The location is safe which is the biggest seller. The owner/manager was incredibly rude. His wife was much much nicer although she did not speak english. Wifi is spotty and the password changes daily so you have to call every day.

The bathroom: 1. Reeked of a chemical smell that reminded me of old hair dye, 2. Poorly cleaned because long hairs on the walls were evident, 3. previous client left hair band that was left in shower and 4. The spider didn't come down into the shower.. The A/C unit worked inefficiently. The vanity area: 1. Was poorly lit with hardware missing that anchors the lights and the towel racks were not fastened to the wall..

Smoke smell in the non smoke room, dirty room, very noisy, no wending and ice.

Everything was old. The room smell old. Dead cricket in sink.

We have stayed here 3 times now. The place is good for location and for being a older hotel it's pretty clean. The has gone up not sure why but still decent for the area

A motel like family runing, very old facilities. It locates in community is far from restaurants and supermarket.

I was told that all room were smoking rooms. The sheets and carpet in my room smelled horrible. Everything was old and outdated. The room was waaay too expensive for what we got.

Rooms not big enough for 3 adults. 1 ended up on floor.

Price is was brought us to the motel, apparently a few movies were shot here. Nothing amazing, but everything thing you need other than breakfast or coffee.

This is my second experience with GCI. Reasonably priced, good value for money. Looked, felt, and smelt clean. Front desk guy was nice. Neighbors were all respectful. Can hear traffic from inside room, but I turned on fan and that was gone.

very dirty... will never recommend this to any one.

Hotel room had a really heavy smoke odor. The internet wifi did not work at all, and walls were so thin, we could hear the people next to us and above us. Overall, was not comfortable.

The area was ok for me knowing my way around LA. For a first visitor to LA I would probably recommend somewhere more mainstream. Since I'm usually out when in LA I look for cheap decent hotels without frills. This place is exactly that. Off the beaten path somewhat. Price was a bit high for the off season of February considering the ovrrall quality of the property. I've stayed there before and the rooms seem hit or miss. The last time was a much better room than I had last year, which showed definite signs of wear. In short, withe the Motel Glen Capri, you mileage may vary.

Ok for the price and fine for 1 night. Easy to get to. Not much in the immediate area. Drink machine did not have any drinks. Very old and kind of run down but overall clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was in a good location. Rooms are small, carpet was not very clean. No amenities in hotel but for the price we had a comfy bed to sleep in for a couple nights.

This was very good value for money, especially if you are going to be out most of the day and just require a place to sleep every night, like we did. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores close by, which was useful because we needed to buy milk and bread and fruit for five days but didn't have a car. Fridge and microwave provided in every room. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful.

I was in town tor a wedding. Didn't stay much in the room. The best thing pretty much everything is down the same street.
