Hotel was nice and clean staff was very nice.this was the second time I had stayed there no issues either time

In general the experience was OK, except for the three live roaches in the bath room area. I informed the cleaning lady and she told me that she will inform management. also, the fire/smoke detector had been removed

Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it is in a good location, the staff is helpful, and they provide a modest, comfortable room with a pretty decent breakfast. Better value overall for me.

We were just looking for a inexpensive place to sleep overnight to get a early start with the holiday traffic. It was quiet, well located and affordable. The bed was comfortable There was a frig and microwave in the room but no coffee maker. The breakfast room opened promptly at 6am with coffee/continental breakfast and newspaper. The staff very nice. We felt it was a safe area also.

Wonderful stay in the Glendale Econolodge! Everything was very nicely done decor, room, breakfast, wi-fi, and one housekeeping staff member in particular was amazing. A was a breath of cool fresh air on a particularly hot L.A. day. She was always smiling, happy and always greeted us she saw me struggling on the stairs with a carry-on bag and immediately came to my assistance! WOW! Service above and beyond! Hope to see you on our next business trip A!

Nice clean hotel. Good value. Close to where I needed to go.

The building and everything in this building was very old. Bathroom was clean. The overall look was not pleasant. For the price paid is not worth the money.

The lodge was noisy from the street and parking noise, neighbors and some other noises that I couldn’t find out what. It would be great to have a coffee/tea machine in the room. The bed sheet had some stains on it too.

No complaints about this location, it's nothing to write home about but it's clean. There is a grocery store right across the street which is nice if you want to save money and eat healthy. Near major highways, pretty easy to get to and from Hollywood and surrounding areas. Overall, I would recommend for someone going to LA for work or short stays.

My son lives nearby about 10 minutes from the hotel so I picked this one because of the convenience and because of the price. It was a little noisy, but the room was clean and I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel since I was on vacation.

Air conditioner is loud, hard to get a good nights sleep. Smelled cigarette smoke in the room the last 3 or 4 days. But location is good for me, room is clean. A coffee maker would be great.

Pretty much what you expect, but everything was "solid" overall. The bed was still firm and didn't feel old or worn out. I heard minimal noise from neighbors if anything at all. The room came with a mini-fridge, small microwave, and free WiFi, which can't be said of some fancier hotels. Ice machine downstairs spits out free ice with a key card as well. The quality of everything overall is about what you expect at this price point, but I was still very happy for what I paid. The only thing that was kind of gross was with the free breakfast-the milk for the cereal came in a creamer pitcher and when I tasted it it had a sour taste and I had to throw out my cereal. Oh well. They have a waffle maker if milk isn't your thing.

This motel got the job done. It's one of those open places where the front doors face a parking lot. The rooms was tiny. It seemed clean, but it was old and there was a half inch gap under the front door. Good thing it was hot that weekend or I could see the room getting really cold in the winter. Bed was serviceable. It's off Colorado St, so good luck getting out of the parking lot in the afternoon. Overall I was not impressed at all.

Pros: Good central location to attractions and Burbank airport. Cons: Wi-fi did not work, walls are very thin, average continental breakfast, pool permanently closed which we found out upon check-in (was advertised on site that pool and hot tub were available), very limited parking (had to park in handicap spot and was woken up at 7 am to move our car), and fridge did not work.

This was my second time staying their and again really no complaints. The rooms where kept clean, including the bathroom. No real complaints and will stay their again on my next trip to the area.

Staff was very polite and professional. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It's in a central location in Glendale and there are several places to eat and even a grocery store within walking distance. The hotel is very quiet despite being located on a busy street. Continental breakfast was also very good. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great value for the price.

The staff/owners need to be more professional when talking to guests and they should learn the "customer service manners".

ours was just a one night stay. the people who checked us in and out were very nice, hard-working; the room was comfortable and well set-up; we were pleasantly surprised that this price room came with a microwave and a refrigerator - both of which worked well. the room's heater/AC also worked very well to keep the room warm at our preferred 73 degrees F. when we stayed, it was quiet. there was also breakfast included as well as newspapers to read while eating. thank you for a pleasant stay.

We stayed one night after visiting friends in LA, and were very pleased at the quality of our inexpensive room. Big flat screen television, refrigerator, very effective heater, clean room, and comfortable bed. Even though we didn't take advantage, there was a full continental breakfast including waffles! I would definitely visit this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We needed a taxi and the people in the office provided a number that resulted in a taxi in aprox 10 min, not bad for southern Calif.
