There were not any Kleenex.,shampoo or coffee service in the room. First room, the ceiling leaked water and we had to be moved. Page is a huge tourist trap with outrageous priced hotels.

Hotel at convenient location. Spacious n good amenities.

the trip was nice, with great amenities and was in the town

We stayed 2 nights. Maid only took out our dirty towels, and never replaced them. They didn't make our beds, but they took the tip we left. We called the front desk for new towels and to complain. They were going to send a different maid over but we refused service. Why should another maid have to clean our room with no tip?

Hotel is older and dated but was clean and comfortable for a place to get out of the weather and storms at the lake.

Clean enough, good enough for a night or two...no much of a breakfast. But the location is good and there is plenty of thing to do in and around town.

We only stayed for a night. The room was big. The sheets were not clean. We arrived late in the night, so did not call the staff to change. Instead we put our own sheets over the bed. Rest is pretty basic. Some rooms are detached from the main building.. so u have to cross a small street to get to the office. This was not an issue to us. The breakfast was decent. Good muffins.

Everything was just very dated, down to the blankets, towels, and rooms. Not too bad for the price though

I stayed here for 1 night on my road trip from L.A. to Denver. For some reason all rooms in town were incredibly expensive, so I had no choice and picked this one. The staff was nice and the location was find, but I cannot say good words to other aspects...

room was simple, clean, most economical in page. staff was very nice, accommodating. pool not in use and air conditioner old, but it worked well. all in all, not luxurious but an economical, good place to stay.

Decent. Value for money Convenient for attraction Good

it was okay. nothing extraordinary. just need a bed and a bathroom. rest I could care less.

What a dump. I had a hard time writing a bad review about this hotel because their wifi was SOOOO terrible. If you're ok with door nobs coming off and duck tape holding fixtures together, this is the place for you. It's cheap, with a decent location. Great for a place to stay while passing through town. Very poorly managed, sad to see as the staff and GM really are trying their best.

We just "needed a bed" for one night before we rented out a houseboat at Lake Powell so we went with the cheapest room price we could find for this reason. However- It would have been well worth paying an extra 30-40 bucks to stay anywhere else. The rooms are not even situated like the photos above. We were in a "motel row"- across the street -behind the "main motel". Continental breakfast is.... juice. Everything was very old and sheets and pillow cases were stained. Should have been like a $40 room rate instead of $90! Pay more and stay somewhere nicer, even if it is just a bed it will be well worth it! This started our big trip off on a very uncomfortable note. I feel the only reason this place is even still in business is because there aren't enough rooms in Page to fit the demand for folks visiting Lake Powell and nearby attractions.

This is the worst hotel I have seen. The rooms was very old and dirty everything.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Carper in the room so worn out there are holes showing the cement beneath it. Towels gray and torn beyond recognition. Bathroom cabinets rusty. Bathroom sink had hair from previous guests. Water in the bathtub was not running off fast enough, so I was taking shower with water up to my ankles. For breakfast, they did not even have bagels, just some bread. No cream cheese, no fruit. When asked the staff about milk, they said owner told them not to buy any.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was close to stores and only a short distance to Bryce Canyon. Easy access to all we wanted to see.

Motel located in an OK area, but room not in good condition. It was apparent room has had hard use and items are in need of repair. Bottom of bath tub was cracked and front door sticks.

I liked it. The check in was without complications. Very nice staff. Room was clean without any strange smell. TV was old, not a flatscreen, lot of TV stasions, A/C didn't cool very well. Large, clean bathroom. Was asking for early breakfast, because we were leaving at 5am. No problem. Very nice stuff, have to say it again. I recomend.

Hotel was in a good location for our one night stay but would not recommend it. The bath tub had bugs in it and the hand held shower was broken. Also larger bugs in the bedroom.
