The food was fine, but their breakfast voucher system was terrible. They are supposed to give you one when you check in, but we didn't even though we paid for it. The pillows have no substance, very uncomfortable. The key cards worked only half the time. The pool area is nice, but can get crowded.

Bummed the hot tub was out as we really wanted to soak at the end of our day.
Sink in room wasn’t completely clean, hot tub was out of order, pool was cold with no towels available. Staff was great about helping and the bed was super comfy. Lots of stores right next to hotel and easily to navigate the neighborhood.
This hotel was excellent! We stayed in the one bedroom suite with out two year old and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hotel was clean and beautiful! We will be staying again for sure! The staff was above and beyond, offering water bottles and snacks. They were very patient and helpful as I was checking in with a rambunctious toddler. Thank you Hilton!

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with our key card reader on the door to enter our room, as well as a drainage issue with the shower. We reported it and they immediately fixed everything. Also, they were very generous with providing ample coffee and allowed us to check out late.
