Location was excellent. Close to rail station and tour venders.

Room was very small. Breakfast could get crowded at times. The location of the hotel was close to the subway and rail station as well as city central which was nice.

Love the location , within walking distance to many restaurants and shops

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms in which not everything worked. Overlooking river and RR was very nice.

Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Minimal counter space in the room and bathroom. Friendly, competent staff.

Very business oriented, basic below average rooms. Should be a 2.5-3 star hotel in my opinion.

Clean, well-appointed hotel close to train station. Pleasant staff. I would have loved it if there were USB charging ports in the room, as I’ve seen in other hotels. The breakfast was not great however. While there was a decent selection, none of the hot food was actually hot, and this 15 minutes after service started,

Loved the hotel and the location was super convenient. The staff was great and super helpful. Would recommend staying here if you want to stay in Glasgow by the shipping and train

We stayed at the Jury's Inn, Jamaica Street, for 2 nights in September 2016. It is close to the rail station, which can attract some unsavory types loitering in the area. It is an easy walk to a number of shops and restaurants, however. We had an Executive suite, which was a corner room, and was lovely. Great view of the river, and the complimentary waters, cokes, and KitKats were appreciated! The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing spectacular, and I would think you could get a less expensive and better breakfast elsewhere (ours was included). Parking is in a garage across the street for 7 pounds/24 hours IF you get your ticket validated at the hotel desk. Also, don't forget to take your parking ticket with you, you will need it to enter the parking garage structure doors when you return.

Convenient to some restaurants and stores and walking distance to some main locations.

I have traveled to Europe on several occasions. Jurys Inn, Glasgow was a marvelous experience. In fact, I have had none better. The rooms were large (by European standards), comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. There is a genuineness about those who work there that lets you know they put their whole heart into serving their guests. The rooms and amenities were very good. The staff far exceeded expectations and that will lead me to always choose Jurys Inn when I am in Glasgow.

We only stayed here 2 nights but it was a great place for a great price. Rooms were pretty basic, but large and comfortable. I'd say the rooms are comparable to the new Motel 6's. The lobby is great. Free wifi. Walking distance to everything.

This is a nice hotel with friendly, but not particularly efficient staff. The room is OK, but the double bed is too small and way too soft.

This was the start of a tour of Scotland. Hotel staff extremely welcoming. Room pleasant and spotlessly clean. Great downtown location. Ate in the restaurant. Food very tasty and well prepared.

Pretty good hotel close to train station and main shopping area

good value for the money. Very accommodating front desk staff who let me change rooms when the first room was too noisy. great location. would stay there again. Only caveat: avoid rooms by the railroad tracks - noisy!

The Hotel and staff at the Jury's Inn worked very hard to make sure our stay was wonderful. I would like to go even further and say Claire and her team went beyond the norm to help us with parking and other needs. When I go back to Glasgow I will definitely stay at the Jury's Inn.

The hotel is smack dab in the center and close to Central Station and the subway. The room was a decent enough size, with two double beds and a view of the River Clyde. The staff were so accommodating and gave me a free coffee/tea voucher while I awaited the availability of the room. Wifi worked well and is free. The restaurant menu was very affordable, and we had a delicious complimentary drink at the bar. The only complaints I had were that there was some construction taking place on Sunday morning (we could hear hammering), and there was only one outlet next to the beds. Fortunately, I brought an extension chord in anticipation.

The staff is very welcoming on your arrival and quick to respond. We had a lamp that needed a new bulb and they sent someone up right away to take care of the problem. Likewise we were short a set of towels and they had someone deliver them.

Warm and friendly welcome maintained through all subsequent interactions with staff. Quite exceptional.
