Common areas and elevators and hall way we're filthly. If other accommodation were available I would have left. Air conditioning was non functional and room was 80 degrees. Toilets were not dependable.Complete waste of money and a miserable stay.

Very dirty we dint even want to go with out our shoe's off !!! We had bug's We payed good money for this & next year we will not ever stay at this place i would rather stay in a tent !!!! Ever one we talked to said they were not happy !!!! You need to pay your help more money so they will stay !!!! Sorry this is how i feel......We wanted the hot tub for our cowgirl & it did not work ...

Very nice staff. Peaceful. Awesome breakfast just need some bacon.

My stay was uneventful which is what I'm looking for in a hotel stay. I was in town for one night attending the state swim completion. Other hotels in the area were about $40+ more per night. The room was clean. The king bed was very firm, but I slept excellent, better than at home. So it must have been pretty quite, too. I was in a ground floor room that opened up to the pool area so I was concerned there would be a lot of noise, but there wasn't that I noticed. The bath tub should be replaced soon. You can see where they had done some fiberglass or epoxy patching that was flaking off but I wasn't overly concerned it was germy. It smelled clean and looked clean. For the price in comparison to surrounding hotels, I would stay here again.

it was bad ! We first walked into the hotel and it smelled like sewer. Then the attendant told us there was no hot water in the rooms. Horrible experience.

The staff was very friendly the breakfast was great the only downfall was the hot water was not the best but was told the boiler was being replaced.

The hotel was very old, smelly, the bed squeaked constantly, bathroom was dirty. We couldn't get in either door, the were jammed & stuck, had to call maintenance to get us in. Breakfast was horrible!

Dirty room, outdated, not worth the money. Good location is the only plus

Full disclosure - the hotel is undergoing renovations now (June 2014) and there is the chance they may get better. But overall, it was a serious disappointment. The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were flat, and the rooms dingy. The employees know about these problems but have limited budget to fix them, and are "hoping" they will be fixed by renovation. The breakfast buffet was the worst I've seen in a long time, both understaffed (they kept running out of dishes) and with the absolute minimum number of choices. Conversation at every table that morning was about how awful the buffet was. I told the folks at the front desk that they were losing customers, and they were very friendly and quickly got out the complaint form to record my issues. So they get points for that. But the hotel employees should not be so familiar with the complaint process... On the upside, the pool was nice. So it gets two stars instead of one. I'd suggest looking at other choices until some reviews come back at the end of 2014 once the renovation is complete. In the mean time, I'd stay away.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly. Differnt layout from the norm: Pool in the center of Hotel. Has extra's.. play area for toddlers, pool table, spa, sauna, bar & coffee house. Plenty of room for meetings and excellent Tap house. Would stay again. Would give it a 4 but not easily visible from street and could use more "curb" appeal.

Got in at 10:00pm after a long day on the road. Got checked in quickly, staff was friendly. The pool area is in the middle for all to see. It looked clean and nice. Went to the room, everything was neat and clean. Bed was comfy. Slept for 8 hours, woke up, had biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee for breakfast. It was all decent food. Packed up and hit the road. Great hotel for the price!

the breakfast area was so clean and the food was great. It was nice to enjoy a hot tub after a long day afield.

We had stayed in this hotel last year and found the service and accommodations fine. Good pool, hot tub, breakfast. Staff is pleasant and responsive to any requests. Wireless service questionable. Would stay here again. Had no control over room temp but since it was hot and the room cool, just used a blanket while there. Also outside room doors don't work well, according to sign, due to winter frost.

I had made my original reservation and when I checked in, the very nice gal at the counter upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. We enjoyed the restaurant/lounge located in the hotel as well. The room was VERY nice and we enjoyed our stay~

This hotel was terrible. To start the bathroom was disgusting. It had hair and soap scum all over the bathtub and bathroom sink. The drain in the sink was clogged and wouldnt drain water. When I informed the front desk, the young girl stated to me (after about 2-3 minutes of standing at the desk waiting for her to finish texting) "Can you just reach in their and unplug it?" She did offer to call maintainence but stated that due to the time of night it wouldnt be till morning. She then suggested I use a plastic knife she provided to "dig out the clock" No offer of a different room at anytime. Then next morning I tried to print in their "business center" but the printer wasnt working. When I informed another young barefoot girl about the printer, she stated it hasnt worked for days. She then suggested that I "Can go across to Office Depot and buy a printer". This place was filthy with lazy and unprofessional immature staff. I travel a great deal and stayed at many hotels but this was definetely the worst experience I have ever had. I will never return to a Clarion, Comfort Inn, or any other associated properties and I would suggest you do the same.

The staff at the hotel was very accomodating. Everyone was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor adjacent to the pool, but it was still very quiet there (even though bikers were staying there as they headed towards Sturgis). The room was very clean and large compared to others I have stayed in. Vending machines were lacking a bit, I wanted popcorn but didn't get any. All in all a great place to stay.

Great Breakfast. Easy location. Friendly Staff. Pool area floor very dirty. They charge $15 for pets plus full cost of damages by a pet- double dipping?
