When we arrived, the staff person was pleasant. He told us about breakfast the next morning and the complimentary coffee and cookies. We got up to the room, which was large and clean. So far so good. However, the next day when we returned after dinner time we went down to the pool. The whole pool room was unbearably hot and the bottom of the pool was grungy looking. We went back to the room and later on decided to warm up our dinner leftovers in the microwave and it wasn't working. The first days free breakfast was pretty good but this mornings was barely palatable, it looked like leftovers from yesterday. For the price we paid, I expected better. We will not be returning.

Service was great but there were a lot of small issues such as dirty towels and Wi-Fi issues. The issues were solved but should not have happened in the first place. Also, it was close to a main road so it was noisy.

The staff is friendly and responsive, to room is very nice, and hot breakfasts are very good and varied. Good value!

Very friendly staffs, room's very clean and warm with real adjustable heating, right next to outlet so we were able to get dinner in a few minute walk, but was also very quiet. The free buffet breakfast was very nice we had yogurt, warm cooked eggs, potatos and sausages, also waffles. Kids also enjoyed the muffins and cereals, also milk. They also offer delicious cookies with coffee all day long at lobby, and everyone seems to love them. We swimed at the indoor swimming pool one night and it was nice. We were very happy during our 3 day ski trip and will definitely come back again.

We very much enjoyed our quick stay here on our way to New York. The staff was extremely welcoming, the room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The hotel is actually in the same parking lot as an outlet mall if you're interested in shopping. There's also a TGI Fridays in walking distance and a Sheetz gas station less than a mile away. Weve stayed at this hotel several times before and will continue to do so.

Hotel was nice, but a bit worn. Door didn't work right and was in need of a paint job. Hot water in shower wasn't very hot. And no premium channels ( HBO, etc) on TV. The staff was very nice and the complimentary chocolate chip cookies are a must try! Great for overnight stay.

I really enjoyed stay there because they were friendly and helpful

This was a really nice hotel that fully accommodated traveling with a dog ($20 per night pet fee.) The room was quiet, comfortable, unusually clean and well kept. The price was certainly reasonable, and included a nicer than normal free breakfast. It is not elegant, but what do you expect for the price? It is only a few miles from the battlefield visitor center and right next to the outlet mall that include a TGI Friday's withing walking distance. Nicer restaurants (make reservations) are located in downtown Gettysburg, about a 5-10 minute ride by car.

This motel is located on a road that takes you straight downtown, to the Presidential wax museum and to the Gettysburg tour buses. It's also just a short walk to a nice discount mall. We slept well in a clean room and had a nice breakfast. All was well. Some people might prefer the motels that are located right downtown in this picturesque little town.

The hotel was very nice. The staff very friendly and courteous.

Couldn't get wifi the first night, not even in the lobby.

Decent value. Decent location. First put in a room that had a high aroma from Carpet Cleaning or otherwise.....Had to change rooms. Breakfast was overcrowded due to tour buses in, but okay. Nothing special overall.

Very convenient location to the battlefield and downtown Gettysburg. The wifi was terrible. They had a baseball team there with many kids with electronics and that was their reasoning. But at 5:00am there were no kiddos on their electronics. But if you are a shopper and like the outlets, this is the place to stay. Walk across the parking lot to the shops. They were undergoing a renovation, but as a guest you'd never have known that. Will stay there again for sure.

Although the hotel is under renovation our stay was quite comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. They provide fresh chocoalte chip cookies at the front desk. Sunday breakfast was much better than the eggs made on Saturday but there are other things to choose. The hotel is very close to the Battlefields and there is a free shuttle from the lot.

Pros: - Good location. Only a short drive into downtown Gettysburg. - Comfortable bed - Clean room/bathroom - Friendly staff at the front desk Cons: - Under construction while there, so the whole place, including my room, reeked of paint. This also meant the lobby and halls were cluttered. I'm okay with construction, I just wish the rate was discounted because of that. - No business center w/ computer and printer

Our room was ready earlier than expected, so that is always good. A slight paint odor was noticed due to refurbishing, but room was comfortable and clean. A hot breakfast was available to help us start the day. We would definitely return.

Friendly staff they were very helpful. Would definitely stay again

Room was fine, Bed was soft. Pillows were great, Breakfast was fine. I would stay again. It was in process of some improvements but didn't really bother me

I can't find any faults. I reserved a "room" at a very reasonable rate. Upon arrival I found that I had been given a "suite" with two TV's (bedroom & sitting room). The decor was beautiful in and out of the suite. Also a fridge and microwave were standard in this suite. The staff could not be better. As the general said: I will return.

Staying here was a great decision. The hotel is very close to all the attractions of Gettysburg. It is literally across the street from the Outlets. There is a nice size in-door pool and jacuzzi open until midnight. Perfect way to end the day. Soft, delicious chocolate chip cookies at the reception desk all day long as well as the best tasting coffee with flavored creamers! The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts Ive ever had...make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juice. I definitely recommend staying here!
