Great place. There were a few things wrong in our room. Door stuck and faucet was look and didn’t work right.
Property was noisy and a little run down
The front desk staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining area/options were lacking - very high priced for the value.
Front desk people were friendly and guided well for all the questions regarding area attractions, travel, shopping etc.
I liked the location. There were a lot of of things around. The mall was on the same street a lot of different shops and restaurants.
Poor communication; locks that lock you in and out of the room; out of items at the restaurant; one employee screaming and running around in the lobby area to get the horse fly and kill it.
Property is upscale and clean. They had some pool and a/c issues but were not impacting my stay too much. The only negative is that I had to take cold showers. The hot water only lasted long enough to get your feet wet
I give this rating as again we were not given the room we requested, and not given points for our stay because we booked through Orbitz.
Although I was only there for a day, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cozy.
it was ok I'll give it 3.5 out of 5. the elevator was hot, but other than that it was ok.
The staff was fantastic. Late at night I asked where I could go to buy a lemon for my tea and the manager found one in the kitchen for me. The French toast at breakfast was delicious...so much more than we were expecting. Very friendly staff. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner and our meal was great.
No breakfast included. There was a 12 inch crack across the bathroom sink. The shower head flowed like a fire hose with no way to regulate the pressure.
stayed with my family over the weekend...the rooms were well-kept and appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. overall a very pleasant experience.
