Noise from highway. Breakfast OK. Location good. Price OK.

The bed was terrible. The rooms are certainly not sound proof.

one of the guest either above us or next to us leave the tv on all night. It was on New Year Eve so i would understand so i let it go until 4am in the morning and the TV was still on so I called the front desk to call the guest but no. He didn't or he claimed he did. Since 4am, I called 4 times asking why I still hear the TV until the 5th time around 5am, the front desk stop receiving my phone call. We packed and left after 6am. What a horrible service.

First of all, the price is quite competing compared to other hotels around. Second, the staffs are soooo nice and helpful. The rooms are nice. The only thing that bothers a little bit is that I can easily hear the TV from the room next door or people moving around above me.

On arriving at this hotel, I was 'greeted' with a grumble by a unfriendly and very curt desk clerk. This person definitely did not like his job, and apparently didn't like 'the world', When asked a couple of questions, he very reluctantly grumbled extremely curt answers. Not helpful at all.

Check-in staff had no personality and no greeting. Everything was done in more of a demanding tone. The bathroom ceiling had mold and towels seemed like they hadn't been washed. I will say that the bed was comfortable. Outside yrash was everywhere-no one does outside clean up. On check-out day, our room keys expired at 9am and had to have maintenance let us in so that we could load up our belongings.

We are on a road trip to Arizona from Minnesota and wanted to stay somewhere somewhat cheap to just sleep but be clean. It was old and no view but it did the job of what we needed.

This room fit the bill for a clean, cheap place to stay. Their continental breakfast was several kinds of cereal, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, some packaged buns and a waffel maker. They had a large hot tub but we didn't use it. When we took a shower in the morning the ceiling was leaking water, quite a bit. We reported it to the management and they said the people above probably flooded their bathroom, however, I think they have a pipe issue. This hotel met our needs as it was clean, the beds comfy and cheap!

Wanted to stay east of Eisenhower tunnel and be close to Loveland ski area for a quick ski trip. Overall good experience. Cost of room was $62+ tax/fees per night. Really can't beat the price and the room was great for the quick trip since we were only in the room to sleep. Looks like the exterior and bathroom has been remodeled since last year on some parts. New tile, shower head, toilet, sink, etc. New stain, paint, and furnishings. Overall was a great hotel for the price. Breakfast was basic but served it's purpose. We are changing our hotel plans in 3 weeks from staying in Denver to this hotel due to the price and you don't have to worry about I-70 ski traffic on the weekends. I would tell others to do the same if they are just looking for a quick place to stay. Only thing that needs a quick fix is the hot tub needs to be fixed. Only a few jets worked and it was quite dirty/low on water.

We stayed for a night. It's a good hotel . Complimentary breakfast was alright too.. It's not exceptional but meets all needs

I had good snow sport.

This is my third stay at this hotel and the only problems were that one of the clerks kept getting me confused with another room and kept saying that I had to sign a receipt to unlock my room even though my room was prepaid. I had also requested a first floor room because of a bad hip but got a second floor room. But over all, I'd stay there again.

Was there to visit Georgetown.

this motel is nothing more than a place to stay

Rooms were very noisy. Internet access was sporadic. Breakfast was very limited. Staff wasn't the friendliest.

For some unknown reason, room was changed from King Room, to Double Queen Room. When asked why, the clerk stated that she did not know why, other then the manager changed the room, due to possible over-sales of King Rooms. She stated that this was a bigger room, with two beds and wasn't on the traffic side of the hotel and that they were not going to charge me extra. She further stated that if I wanted to say something to the manager, he would be available at 8:00 am the next morning. Never seen the manager.

Very small rooms. Requested non-smoking, got smoking room. Hotel grounds were not well maintained.
