Very pleasant, relaxing and great service

Location is great, staff is super friendly. Restaurant and bar are closed still so you need to bring your own food abd drinks if you are hanging out in the hotel, or go to a couple of places next door.

Restaurant was closed due the Covid-19. so not much I say about food. Staff was very nice as was everyone we meet.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and nice beaches. Short drive to Georgetown. Only bad thing is the internet was down during our stay. Not a big deal, but something to note. Staff was great, views where great

The staff was very nice and helpful and made me feel at home. Room was pretty and sparkling clean. Their barbecue is amazing with great portions. I went snorkeling right in front of hotel and saw baby turtle. If you don’t want to stay at large resort I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The overall staff was amazing and very helpful on information about things to do in exuma and Georgetown. Very quiet resort and the views were amazing.

Beautiful small, charming hotel right on the water, with gorgeous beaches, a wonderful pool, and very friendly helpful staff

Absolutely loved our stay at Augusta Bay. It's located in the perfect location, not far from downtown Georgetown. They had a water taxi pick us up right from the dock and take us where we needed to go. Every room had a beautiful view and the staff was very helpful. We had such a great 3 night stay that we are definitely planning on coming back.

Great hotel on the beach. Clean rooms, good food . Pam and front desk staff was wonderful and Marcelo who does work around the building was super friendly as always smiling. Wait staff should be more like him. Overall it’s a wonderful place and it was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Will definitely go back.

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.

Special spot on The Bay. Great views from room. Bars on the pier and bbqs on Wednesday night. Great food. It takes a wile to get your food It’s called island time. One of best vacations to date and will return to AB.

We really liked the hotel, the island, and the tours. We didn't like that there was no beach near the hotel, and the taxi to the beach was expensive - it's cheaper and better to take the water taxi to another beach/island for the day. Love the Bahamas.

The hotel from outside appearance is one of the nicer that you will see on the island short of the "resorts" like Sandals. The inside is surprisingly even nicer. The rooms have great tile floors and very nice bathroom with huge showers.(at least my room did) The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient and the food is excellent. The continental breakfast was less than overwhelming but with the slim pickings on the entire island of restaurants or even stores to buy food, it too was something I was glad to have. The only gripe I have is the hotel "sets" the temp. in the room and tells guest they cannot adjust it or face a possible $200 charge for "unfreezing" the ac pipes.

We stayed at Augusta Bay 4 nights. The staff was great! Especially Pam in the reception and we loved Glen too. The food in the restaurant was amazing and all the Bahamian rum cocktails were delicious. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to George Town and on the way, 5 min walk away you have Shirley's fish fry and other small little bars. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the little patio outside the rooms.

Thank you for the nice review. We hope to have the restaurant open as soon as tourists return to the island in decent numbers. At the moment we are in hurricane season and tourism is at its lowest. Thanks for your patronage.

Thank you so much for your nice review. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Bahamas Telecommunications (BATELCO) for the internet and they always seem to be ‘working on the lines’. They have guaranteed us a great improvement soon.
