Clean, friendly, pool open all night. Loved bath and body works shampoos and soaps

This is our second year staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The indoor pool was great way to end a day of walking through the attractions. There was supposed to be poolside movies each night but the projector was out of commission. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was no bacon. There was plenty of variety on the buffet.

main entrance excellent, how ever our room was in old section not excellent, bed was excllent

Awesome hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Love the stand up showers. The pool was a good size and the nightly movies are a great idea especially for the kids. All of the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. This will be our go to place when we visit the mountains from now on!

Sadly the pictures look a lot better than in person. The best part of hotel was lobby, pool, and the restaurant. The rooms need to be updated badly, not enough plug ins, not vent in bathrooms, the bathrooms has a shower only and no sliding door, water leaks all over bathroom floor... we switched hotels for the remainder of our stay. Vending machines didn’t work nor did ice machine.

Room needs lots of work. Bathroom door was very hard to get open and when it finally opened it sounded like a gunshot. Didn't have a bathtub so no way to give a toddler a bath hardly and the shower was a walk-in but it only had a glass panel over half the shower so water went all over the floor. The water went from lukewarm/cool to really hot without you touching it. The wifi sucked and there was no working internet jack in the room. The phone was not even connected to a hack and there was no cord to even connect the phone if there was a jack available. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Pool was closed restaurant was horrible and the bar tender was gross and sucked

great hotel. very friendly staff always willing to help you out.

room was clean, but in very bad condition, wallpaper torn, bathroom door would not close water damage to door, air condition sound like a large truck,no vent in bathroom.

Really nice. upgrading facility. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Beautiful pool outdoor area.

Never stayed. Pulled up and place looked shady. From my desk staff was rude and had major attitude. Viewed room and it was beat up and smelled awful. Turned around and left.

Staff was super friendly and hotel in a good location. Tv was glued to the dresser in front of just one of the two queen beds - annoying

Stuff very helpful, close to everything , room big enough for all 4 of us ,clean .

Great location for other attractions, Between Sieverville and Gatlingburg, where you could find more attractions to see.

Overall okay hotel. Very handicap friendly as they had a lift for those who needed it next to the swimming pool.

I travel to Pigeon Forge twice a year for work. I have always stayed at this hotel because it is located right by the convention center and has always been nice and cozy. I have noticed though the last couple times that the beds are getting more and more uncomfortable. I am not sure why but this last time it felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of plywood. My air unit was acting up as well. I had to turn it off and back on to get it to work. Could just have been my room but I don't know if I will be staying here anymore. I might venture out to another hotel. Staff is always nice and the food was good from room service the one time I had it.

Hotel was very clean, quiet. Plenty of parking. On the main street but set back so you don't hear all the traffic. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. Our bathroom faucet was very loose and we called and they came and fixed it right away. The woman from the cleaning staff arrived the morning after we arrived and left us a note about the fact that she wouldn't clean our bathroom floor because we had left an accessory bag on the floor and she used bleach and didn't want to touch our belongings or ruin them bay using the bleach. Very conscientious. Nice that they had an elevator. The man at the desk didn't put us too far from there after I told him my husband has a hard time walking long distances. We really enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to take a weekend trip and chose this hotel. The staff was friendly upon our arrival. When we opened the door to the room it was VERY hot in the room. We thought maybe the heat had jammed up or something. We adjusted the temperature and left to check everything out. We have a six year old and he absolutely loved the pool and gaming area downstairs. They also had it decorated beautifully for Christmas! When we returned to our room the temperature hadn't changed and we decided to call the service desk. Without hesitation they put us in a different room which was much better. Overall it was a great hotel stay.

Thank you Tra for taking time to leave us a review. I do apologize that you thought our pool area was closed during your stay and you were not able to take advantage of it, because it has not been closed since our remodel, and it is wonderful! If you would like to contact me directly at 865-428-2700 to inform me the name of the bartender that "was gross and sucked". I am not sure who you encountered in our bar area but I would be more than happy to address any issues you had. Thank You!
