great place to stay clean and comfortable close to everything

The Hotel was clean and .close to everything we needed it to be. The staff treated us like family . Super stay, will definitely stay again in the future! Love Sevierville

We stayed 4 nights and it was great, especially for the price! The bed was super comfortable!

Overall my experience at this hotel was good. I stayed in a King Size room on the 2nd floor and it was lovely having a private balcony overlooking the river. However, I was made to go inside a couple of times due to people smoking on their balcony. The fridge and microwave provided in the room was a nice touch and was very clean. I did have some issues with the Wifi signal at times which made working from the room a bit difficult. Additionally, I wish there had been more breakfast options available at the continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for friends/family who were looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Our room with 2 double beds was actually two rooms separated by the sink and bathroom! There was a balcony off the back room and everything was more than we expected especially for the price. Definitely go to flapjacks for breakfast. Best meal of our road trip and there's one both north and south of the hotel.

Good hotel for price. Stay here 1-2 times a year. Only problem was the sagging dip in middle of king-size bed.

Older hotel. But it looked like they were renovating . We had 1 room with 4 adults, 2 bedrooms separated by the bathroom but only one tv and not enough outlets.

Staff was very nice and we really liked the beds were separated by the bathroom. Our grand daughters loved the room.

1st thing...,had to used toilet as soon as arriving, the commode stopped up! Had to call for plunger. Older commode, was down low on floor. Could tell it was an older one. Sink was cracked and stained, looked nasty. Mattress was so broken down that you actually felt like you were crawling out of a hole on each side of the bed. There was dust on top of all the furniture, very evident it had not been cleaned in a while, dust behind the end tables and in corners, the sliding glass door had not been cleaned in so long that someone previously had marked "wash me" in the dirt. Final insult was that I had to leave on my trip with a wet head.. the hairdryer did not work, my husband has severe COPD which the dust in room did not help him and he could wheeze and blow a harder breeze than the hairdryer did, This is the first review I have ever written on a hotel.... it was that bad. Will never, never stay here again, and would not recommend it either, should have been re-imbursed!!!!!

Our stay was ok. The things that would have made it better would to have had a better mattress and to have had a fridge in every room. Location was great for what we were doing. Our main thing was to go to Smoky Mountains knife works. The staff was very friendly.

The room was not clean, but comfy and close enough to attractions (knife works, shopping, smoky mountains national park, city center, etc.). Staff was so friendly and the pool was nice. Great view of the river and each room has a balcony facing the river. I'd come back.

It was overall a good stay. I would stay there again when visiting this area. I would recommend this to friend and family.

Hotel is cute from the outside and cleanliness is fine. Its nice to have breakfast offered. People next to us were definitely smoking pot and stinking up the area and were kinda loud all night.

The motel was nice and quite the rooms have a private balcony overlooking a creek. It was a bit outdated with the hunter green and burgundy. However, for the price and the view I am not complaining.

Enjoyed the motel and the location. Would have preferred to have a small refrigerator in room but otherwise everything was great. Room was clean and we were close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I liked the way the room was layed out w/the bathroom in between the queen bedrooms and you could close the doors between the rooms. I would stay here again.

We were very pleased with the hotel, very quiet, one room but divided with doors with bathroom between rooms. Made it very convenient for dressing and for sleeping.

We had an overall wonderful stay for the night. The staff was very helpful!

Just a little less than desirble. would not stay for free.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to activities. My issues are that the king bed we had was so uncomfortable. It was obvious that it was old and used. The hot tub was not hot at all. It wasn't a commercial hot tub it was one that a regular person could go to the store and buy. The water didn't seem very clean at all. The shower water in the room was hotter. Which brings me to the low/no pressure shower head. The staff was no help as far as what good places to eat are, and must see places to go and visit. If you are looking for just a room at decent price with nice view of golf course and river this hotel is great.

Hotel was very noisy. Traffic and kids running around all over. Room was comfortable and clean.
