Location was amazing in the Middle of everything and close to major attractions. Things broken in the bathroom and just removed disabled seat in the tub, Shower slide pole, the substitute you have to be really tiny the electrical outlet a switch removed and cover damaged. the bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows so flat they would have made great pancakes. The only interaction was the check in and out never saw anyone at the desk at any time we passed through the lobby. Got to see three house staff arguing by the elevator. No greeting, no silence we elected no housekeeping services after that.

Most of what is in other reviews are true, but the hotel is going through renovations so some issues should be expected. The location was good for us. We had a two day getaway that was enjoyed because of the availability of the hotel and cost. The breakfast is not the best, but free and you can fill up before going out on your adventures around town. Not sure currently it is a $100 plus a night hotel, but it has potential.

Breakfast not as advertised. Pool not as advertised. Parking minimal and worse from construction. Elevator horribly slow

Try this place don't let the price scare you! Free breakfast and a small inside pool. Rooms are clean it appears the hotel is going through a remodel. My daughter said the pool is calling her name as we were walking out.

Hotel was in a good location but the parking was terrible! Elevator was so slow! Our room was right beside the ice maker and door to the stairs and you heard it slam all night very noisy! The indoor pool is very tiny and stuffy! There are pently of other great options in the area. Pass this one up!

OUT OF PLACE NEED MORE CHAIRS IN THE ROOM THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD.

Employees very nice. Food good. Over all experience good. Would stay there again.

we enjoyed our stay at super 8. it was cean friendly staff and nice location, we will be back

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. The cleaning crew never bothered to clean the room nor give us fresh sheets even though we put the card on the bed just like they asked. When you're paying weekend prices 142.00 a night, you expect to get your room cleaned and fresh sheets. I'll be contacting corporate about our stay but rest assured we won't ever make the mistake of booking this hotel again.

Place seemed worn out. Staff not friendly. Breakfast terrible

Check in was a little slow because we had trouble with the room key not working. Room was clean, but kinda cramped.smelt clean. Shower worked good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, orange juice, coffee, apple juice, danish, cereal, toast, waffles. Pretty good. Pool was small, parking a little iffy if you drive a bigger truck. Walking distance to things was nice. All in all,a good experience, and we would stay again.

Check in was fast.Room was clean, and smelt good.Breakfast was oustanding.Pool was small, but done the trick. Parking a little tight, but managable

I had no complaints what so ever, room was clean, hotel is clean, breakfast was ok, it laked eggs but was ok, very good coffee all day, my friend had one complaint the 1st day for some reason he couldn't get hot water but after that it was all good, location is very good, all and all me my wife and 2 boys 2 yes and 10 months had a blast.

We were visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for New years. We stayed here for 3 nights. the room was as explained. We booked the King suite. It had a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice flat screen TV. There was nothing spectacular. When we walked in we could smell the gas from the gas fireplace and there were black marks above where the smoke/heat would come out. We aren't familiar with these and what is normal so we just left it off after we noticed it. We didn't make it to breakfast because we always had plans. The elevator is slow but it wasn't ever backed up with people. Not a bad experience just nothing extraordinary.

Decent breakfast.Slept good.Good location. Icemqaker was out of order.

If you are looking for a room for few nights without spending more money, then this place shall work. Do not expect great room or bed. I started having back pen from the first night itself.

We called prior to confirming our reservations and ask if they were Per Friendly? We ask for a room with a Hot Tub. We were told yes to bring our small dog; however, upon checking in (with the dog in tow) were told certain rooms did not allow dogs. We had a crate and ignored sign on our floor that pets were not allowed. What were we suppose to do? We had no place to take the dog and was not given any advice as to what to do since Super Eight knew before our arrival the room we had requested and its amenities. We were celebrating our 46th Anniversary. The room was extremely small and had no storage but the closet for Hangups. We would liked to have our drapes opened; however, there was no sheers to have privacy from the outside. Because our experience we will not be staying at a Super Eight again. Very disappointed guest.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Just minutes away from everything we had decided to do. The room was clean when we checked in, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 5 days here. Really liked the location - we were able to work everywhere & the trolley was very close by. The breakfast was just ok, but still not too bad. Our room was nice. It was very quiet & the bed was comfortable. The hallway was very warm & worn, but you forgot it once you are in your room. They were updating several rooms while we there so hopefully the hallway will be next. The staff was friendly and helpful with providing area information. Overall - we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Nice clean room and friendly staff and Clea pool. Lots of attractions close.
