Fantastic midtown location. Ultra clean rooms. Late night return found us greeted by 3 large bears in parking lot. We waited them out prior to re-entering room. Made for an interesting return The staff was aware of the visitors and didn't seem overly concerned.
What a great location to stay at! Everything at your footsteps. Restaurants, bars, shopping everything is just 2 mins walk away. The suites are very comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families with kids.
My family has stayed here for many years. Each room we've stayed in has been immaculate. They are so spacious, quiet and the views are gorgeous. The buildings sit up high on a hillside, but an elevator takes you down to street level. So very nice and convenient to everything. We stayed in room 3052 this last time. Extra nice.
Amazing! Family of 8 and we all rested comfortably. One room with two full beds, another with king bed, couch bed, full kitchen with table and chairs. It has like half way between a chalet and hotel room. A lot of room like a chalet but convenience of being close to everything like in a hotel. Love it!!
We spent three nights at the Summit Manor Condominiums. The online reservation process was easy and we received confirmation of the reservation along with an e-signature rental agreement within a very few minutes. Our check in upon arrival went smoothly. The condo was clean and comfortable and met our expectations. These condos are an easy walk to restaurants and the downtown attractions. We only encountered one minor problem with the unit during our stay and it was resolved very quickly. We would stay at Summit Manor again.
We have stayed at Summit Manor several times. This year we decided to try the cabin since we were taking along my niece and nephew. The cabin was nice. It was clean for the most part. The bedroom upstairs did have a stain on the carpet and the baseboards in the bathroom needed some cleaning as it was very dusty. The table they have in the kitchen is huge. It's way too big for such a small kitchen. I would remove the pool table and put the table there. We ended up pushing the table up against the wall and just used the other door to the bathroom. I would recommend the cabin but I think next time we will stay in one of the condos. We did try the breakfast on the last day. Nothing to get excited about. Biscuits were hard and the gravy was cold.
We booked condo 3072 a few weeks ago. We got there paid and were told we were in 4011. Would have preferred the end unit. It's not too hard to figure out. Staff needs to get with the program and coincide all. When you can book on Expedia, Trip Advisor or condos website. All programs should be one. Not booking a preferred room and getting a different one. 4011 is a decent condo. But needs some warmth. No throw pillows on couches. Maybe there hard to keep track of and people steal them. Who knows. But not a nick nack or rug in sight. It needs to be kept up. Not so cold. It did serve its purpose. Everything was clean. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Fridge froze some things. Nice balcony. But trees could use a trim so could have a better view. Have a nice pool and right on the strip. Can walk down the hill or use the elevator. Check in is at the hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning. Go early. Gets very busy come 8:00 with a seat hard to come by.
We stayed in a two bedroom unit, with a large master including a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom had two queens. Plenty of space for all of us. Full kitchen with all necessary cookware and appliances. View was great from both balconies. A short walk to the main attractions on the parkway. Hate to give it 5 stars only because when the secret gets out about this place, we won't be able to book it! Had a great stay!
We stayed in a condo at summit manor. The walking distance to town was great. There was only one elevator and owners was taking animals in it so it smelled but other than that no complaints. We will be staying here again. Especially for price with a full kitchen. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We even saw a couple of bears. The pool area with hot tub was nice but pool was way to cold for us (it's outside). The view was ok but you really can see little of town because your so close and little of mountains because of location.
After looking thru many pictures I chose condo #4032 that was on the 4th floor (figured better view) & decorated very nicely. I reserved & paid half of rental fee on 7/11/16 for a trip scheduled for 9/24/16 (the remaining balance was to be paid upon check in) . When I arrived I was informed that they had not reserved the condo I had chosen & switched me to a condo on the 3rd floor that I had never even seen. When I asked why they would rent out a condo that was reserved (& deposit paid on ) well ahead of time I was treated like I shouldn't question them & that I just had to accept it as the way they do business. Then they tried to overcharge me on the remaining balance due !! Thankfully I had printed out the emails I had received from them showing the balance due. Even after I handed this to the front desk person he still tried to charge me a higher rate because he said that is what the rate of the room THEY switched me to cost. I told them first of all I wanted the condo I had reserved & I was certainly not going to pay more because they failed to reserve it. Finally they charged me the correct amount. Upon entering the condo I was forced to take I found it was not decorated nearly as nicely as the one I had originally chosen. Also my reservation paperwork (from my emails) stated my check out time was 12:00 but the paperwork in the condo stated I had to check out by 11:00. This placed is very disorganized & very poor customer service. I will not visit them again.
