First of all this is not a hotel it is a motel. I stayed there simply because it was the only place available I could find. Room was disgusting- smelled of cigarettes and mold the walls were dirty the bed had old lining had a weird sticky feel to it we were afraid to sleep on it. The place was overpriced! I hope I saved you trouble of having miserable housing experience that I did.

Room was not clean at all. dead bugs on the floor, used plastic cups and cigarette butts behind the nightstand, stains on the wall. Not the worst place ive ever stayed but would never stay there again

No extra pillows. Room was half cleaned when we got there. A lot of noise from the traffic. Walls were very thin and could hear other visitors moving around and talking early in the a.m.

The GOOD: LOCATION. PRICE. STAFF. THE BAD: 1. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. 2. Stained towels. 3. Bad odor. 4. Trash and chips on floor. 5. WiFi was hit and miss. 6. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing to drink for kids, no milk or juice. Coffee and waffles only. 7. Ice machine didn't work with or without money. 8. One side of bed was lower than the other. Lesson learned from past: Brought my own towels, air freshener, Lysol, bed bug spray, and candle. This made the stay bearable.

Room had a musty smell. The sheets were old, pilling and had a hole in them. The towels were frayed and stiff. I will never stay here again. You need to remove this motel from your sight.

I’m not really sure why so many people gave this hotel a lower review. It is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff members were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel was a little hard to spot because it was located behind another hotel located on the “main drag” (Parkway) in Pigeon Forge. But, it was a great location and entertainment and restaurants were very accessible. The free breakfast was not one of the hotel’s high points—only a waffle iron, batter, and coffee. But other than that, this hotel is a great value!

Bed was comfortable, had microwave, coffee maker, frig, hair dryer. Book early for a good rate. A very good value for a room so close to Dollywood & other attractions. The lane to get to it is hard to see, but I had 2 phone calls with the night clerk and she directed me. NIght clerk was very nice. Room was small. A family or 4 or 5 might be a little squished, but I was alone and had plenty of room and all that I needed. Breakfast is coffee and a waffle - nothing that needed refrigerated or kept warm.

the room was ok but the bed was very uncomfortable.it was 2 hard 2 make customers happy & 2 keep coming back is 2 get softer beds.....the staff was friendly... thanx.....

Motel appears 40-50 yrs old and is in less than average state of repair. No security chain on door and door jamb was split where it looked like door had been kicked in and makeshift repair had been done; new door's deadbolt does not lineup with hole in frame so only has door knob lock. No coffee maker or microwave in room as advertised. Continental breakfast is a waffle maker and coffee pot on a card table in the 4x6ft 'lobby' which is barely room for 2 people to stand in front of the desk. Clerk spoke NO English. No pool on actual property; appears they share a pool with a cabin rental place just above the driveway.

The hotel was clean and the staff was efficient. They were very curteous and we enjoyed the stay. The shower was great. The television was average. They had refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms which made snacking convenient. There were restaurants within a block from the hotel and several big attractions (Titanic, Wonderworks, Hatfields and McCoys) right across the street. The 2 new malls in Pigeon Forge were within 3 traffic lights in either direction. My son and I will probably book there again.

Hot breakfast was a joke, you ate standin up at the check in desk only a waffle was made. Room was rather small!

This is a very basic hotel. The staff was friendly and it's a great location right across the street from The Titantic.

This hotel is not on the main strip, but at an intersection on the main strip. Calling for directions made it most easy to find, and extremely close to outlet shopping. Breakfast amenities are simple but fine. The best pleasant part is that it was clean, clean, clean! For the price, it is a great place to come home to late at night and especially if leaving early in the morning.

This was a good hotel, especially for the price. There were donuts, fruit, and only waffles to make for breakfast, but that was good enough for me.

Nothing special.. Very small room. queen bed is more like a double.. Strong odor that came from mold and mildew in a/c system, we had to go out and buy lysol.. But on the plus side the maid service was good, there is a pool, there is wifi, and the desk people were pretty nice.

ok but wasn't happy with it. would not stay again

The staff was very helpful. However the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No place to sit, day old donuts cramped quarters. Had to take to your room.

while we were there we saw the black bear jam. across the street and then settled in for a good nights rest before continuing to Illinois

all local maps didn't show the location and It's sign was impossible to see from road.
