I had a great time and i will be back..staff were so excellent and the hotel was very clean..
The hotel was nice and clean. The room was clean the bed was big and comfortable. It was sad that my husband and I couldn't really enjoy the scenery... There was a forest fire... I will be back there
Went 2 get married. The hotel wuz right n the center of all the hot spots. Great location. Staff wuz very friendly & helpful.
The Motel was super, location, friendly staff, the only thing I would recommend is more variety at the breakfast.
Great location, friendly staff, room was clean. We could hear dogs in the next room barking.
The hotel was in the middle of all attractions, we were at walking distance of restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and fresh and big, the restroom clean and big enough for a cool down shower plus it has microwave and mini refrigerator. We love it and we'll be back. A+
they put us in a room almost last on top floor. the door had crack about 2 inches on the bottom all the air condition was going out of. So we had to run the ac the whole time. The toilet took 2 to 3 time to flush to get it to flush. Probably will not stay there again.
Nice location, the rooms are the cleanest I've stayed in and the bed made me want to stay another night, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
This hotel is OK!! def no room service so don't expect! staff is pretty lazy! the location is great! Wish I would have seen pics before booked room! prob won't book again...
When I booked this motel, I had thought that it was another Red Roof that I had previously booked in the area, but that one was apparently being bought out by La Quinta when I stayed there, which is the likely explanation for it being much nicer than the usual Red Roof. This motel was okay, but it is a bit run down. Pros: excellent location, friendly desk clerk. Cons: TINY television, the pool was locked for our entire stay, older motel...
I was a little skeptic when I paid for this hotel & didn't expect as awesome as a stay as we received. The room was great, clean and no problems! Location was great could access pretty much any store or attraction. We will definitely stay again!
Great location. It was right on the parkway but it was not noisy in the room and we could hear no traffic noise. For the price, we didn't expect too much, but it was a bit more run down than I imagined. When our room was serviced, they didn't provide more coffee pods. When we first checked in, the coffee maker had not been cleaned from the last guest. 2 staff members had a loud argument in front of the guests which was in very bad taste. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well. The breakfast was pretty good. The first morning it was very hectic - staff running out of food and the waffle maker not working - and hard to move around by the buffet because of the shape of the room itself. It was L shaped with the food and drinks being in the narrow part of the room. The second morning was much nicer with everything working and not as crowded. They were doing some painting on the outside when we were there and the painters were very nice and friendly when we came and went from our room.
Average cheap place to stay.. town is awesome!! it's too crowded..
we stayed there for the weekend. very nice location. Good restaurants are within walking distance. The smokies is 10-15 mins drive.
We stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was nice, no thrills, but definitely better than I thought. We always check out early; however, the office doesn't open until 7 so I had to hang around Pigeon Forge for an extra hour before leaving. Overall, it was a great bang for my buck.
This hotel was nasty. I read the reviews and thought maybe people were just being harsh. No, they weren't. The hallways were cluttered with nasty stained furniture and large parts to something. The elevator looked like a glass door that hasnt been cleaned in two years, stains running down the walls. The room had visible dirt on the floor from lack of vacuuming. There was dust built up in the corners of the hotel room. The room smelled like fry grease/urine/must. There were cigarette burns in the blankets, and the bedspread had yellowed from age/smoke. There was no parking. I could just go on and on. I am not a hard to please person and can overlook a lot of things, but I was nauseated to sleep in that room. Got out quick as possible. Heed my warning and do not book here.
it was a great stay rooms were clean and spacious also the location of the hotel was right in the middle or pidgeon forge
Thumbs up: The location was great and although the hotel was right on the main strip, we didn't hear traffic noise in our room. Great price. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy as well as the "make your own waffles". The first day at breakfast, it was a crowded mess with waffle maker broken, various items run out of... next day, very calm, clean plentiful and delicious. Thumbs down: The person who cleaned our room didn't touch the coffee area (I cleaned it myself and had to ask for coffee supplies) which led me to wonder what else did the cleaner not clean. Our room was very dark even with all lights on. To get light, we had to open the curtains which opened on to the walkway for anyone to see in. The worst part was a public argument between employees with shouting and cursing with no thought to the guests who were drawn outside by the shouting, thus the one star for the staff.
We had a great experience - the room was very clean and neat, the breakfast was abundant and very delicious, the price was decent, and the location is very convenient. We are definitely going back soon.
While I was in Pigeon Forge, this place was a very comfortable stay. Nicely located within walking distance of many attractions. The room was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! The breakfast was exceptional, especially the cook, who went out of his way to try to get things for people and was very friendly. Planning another trip soon and will definitely be back to stay here. Great room at a great price!!
