Nice location at a good price, Hotel is clean and accommodates a good night stay.

Pleasantly pleased with staff and cleanliness. There with son to play baseball at Ripken Experience. Good location and a good value compared to some other options.

We chose this motel because it was owned by friends. We knew it would be nice, but were thrilled to find that the rooms were much nicer than the internet pictures showed them to be. We have paid more for motels in the past, but this was as nice as most of the motels in which we have stayed. It was conveniently located, too, across from the Titanic and other places of interest. The breakfast dining space was attractive and spacious, with a large variety of breakfast foods. The hostesses were very accomodating. When you are looking for a moderately priced motel in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, we recommend this Ramada Inn. We were not disappointed in any way.

We've stayed here every year for the past 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. The location is away from the heavier traffic but close to shopping and shows.

we got a suite with the Jacuzzi tub, nice, spacious, clean.

Overall very basic hotel for the money. Location was very good in the middle of all the pigeon Forge stuff. Only complaint was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all for Apple products staff indicated this was a known problem.

Overnight stay on a family road trip and was at the right stop for the right price.

Enjoyed it for the short time we was there. Kids loved the pool

Very clean and accommodating. Great staff. Seems they needs some extra help. One person running the front desk could not keep up with all the phone calls, walk-ins, etc. I called 3 times due to my TV not working and the phone was finally answered on the 3rd call. This was not the problem of the desk clerk, but the company not providing sufficient employees during a busy period.

Okay but a little pricey. Stayed there two years ago same weekend 68 dollars a night

We chose Ramada North so my wife could take a short trolley ride to the Scrapbook store as I drove up into the park to hike. This was our second stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendl. We will stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights here for our anniversary. Room was very nice and clean and the staff were EXCELLENT considering what we went thru the first night ... a group of teenage basketball upward program kids were there and on the 3rd floor... we did not get to sleep until 3:30 am because of them stomping on the floor above us all night long.. after we complained the next morning the front desk moved us to another room at the opposite end and we slept great that night. I give them an A+++ for that!! Very rude and inconsiderate of that group and I would be ashamed if I was the chaperones with them.

When we first came in we were happy that we were able to check in a couple of hours early after a 3 hour drive from Woodbury, TN. When we got to the room, the door was wide open and towels on the floor at the entrance of the room. The staff apologized and moved it immediately which made that situation better, The room was clean and very comfortable and included a nice fireplace and two recliners, I was unhappy with the hot tub because it was more like a lifted up jetted tub not a hot tub like expected. the pool has too much chlorine but had a nice indoor/outdoor feel. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outside needs some cleaning, but overall for the price you cant expect much more.

We had stopped here on our way home from Texas for a few days.

We booked this room last minute and it was a great location. Walking distance to the wax museum and to some ok food. The room was clean and was great for the one night we stayed.

I made a last minute decision to take the kids to Pigeon Forge for the 4th of July. The hotels I usually stay at were booked! I was pleasantly surprised to find rooms available at this hotel. It was GREAT! The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast bar was excellent! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nice location, clean room, enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room, and would certainly stay there again

This hotel was the best of the 7 we stayed at on this vacation. Awesome staff and amenities.

We have stayed here before and we love it. It has everything we want, the comfort, rocking chairs on the porch & close to things we like to do. We have stayed at another motel down the road but no comparison. We always come back here. Missed our friend Abraham (the Parrot).
