They were very helpful with getting me a room of my choice (thanks Sammie). The hotel is located in a great place and all the facilities were available as mentioned. The only concern and area of improvement was that cleaning of the room could be better.
People were very nice. Pretty setting. Room was damp with humidity Felt like you were sleeping in a puddle.

The tub had black substance under and around the slip mat. The bathroom door’s veneer was split. They deactivated our key card twice in 4 night stay. The elevator was out of service. Another patron pooped in the pool so we could not use it. The breakfast was minimal but the staff working it was on the ready to help and keep everything clean. Front desk staff all look like they work too much and need customer service training.

Cockroaches outside our entrance. Centipedes in the room. I had to step on a few before they got into my luggage.
