The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The free continental breakfast was cancelled due to covid, but nothing was taken off the bill to compensate us for this. The first room we got didn't lock. Maintenance couldn't fix it so we got a different room. Safe didn't work. Regardless what temperature we set the heater on, it never shut off. We got a couple inches of snow the first day, nobody plowed, so the parking lot was like an ice rink. Very dangerous. The staff didn't seem to care about these inconveniences.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff and close to attractions

We had to bring our 7lb dog with us on a trip. I had never stayed in a hotel with a dog before, so was afraid the room would smell like dogs and not be too clean. It was a great room. You would never know a dog had been there. It was very clean & smelled nice. Older building but large rooms, new carpeting, comfy beds, good shower, nice full breakfast and friendly service. Price wasn’t bad either. What more could you ask for!

By far the worst experience I have ever had.I booked the Pigeon Forge property through Orbitz over the phone with a live agent, and found out when we arrived that we were booked at the Sevierville location instead, about 15 minutes away. We had booked the location that would have us close to family that was staying nearby. We were irritated, but planned to just make the best of it. When we got into our room, it had not been cleaned. There was a half drank bottle of wine, eating utensils, a disgusting toilet, all of which I took pictures of. The woman on duty did apologize & upgraded us to another room that had been cleaned, but was very dated and not well kept. The shower head was broken from the wall and there were bugs in the bathroom. I told her that we were going to stay the night ,since it was late, and try to find somewhere else to stay the next day, and that I would like a refund for the other nights. She said that I would still be charged a one night cancellation fee. We went ahead and stayed because we were only there for 3 nights. The door to our room was in the indoor pool area. Our room smelled heavily of bleach/chlorine. The pool and hot tub itself was cloudy and dirty. The one elevator smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. This was definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to, and I travel a lot.

Hotel was just ok. Definitely in need of updates. Large rooms with separate sleeping area was nice. Price was good, but I wouldn’t have wanted to pay more.

Good ac, dark rooms, good breakfast.good krisph kremes. Quiet stay.

We had a large room and the best internet connection of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Having two sinks in the room was super helpful. The living area was separate from the sleeping area. That provided my teenager with some privacy.

Location was great, pools were awesome, very clean. Breakfast was better then most. Staff was super friendly and was always available. Will definitely visit this location again.

Garbage cans were filled with other people’s garbage. One bar of soap in the room and it was open and used. Tissue box was empty and never replaced the whole 4 days we stayed.

It was nice and comfortable roomy place . Easy to get on the highway Breakfast was decent

Great location away from traffic. Close to all the attractions. Nice view of the mountains. Priced on point.

Very nice hotel. Efficient check in. Clean large room

Olde Hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with separate living room area which was a nice sound buffer from the pool area. Would stay again.

Will come back and will recommend- good for the price. The room is very comfortable...................... Breakfast has good choices- staff is very helpful and corridors. Good access to the convention center

The hotel was a great price and located near where our niece was getting married. The room had plenty of space and was convenient to area shops for last minute forgotten items.

Hotel was okay, ceiling in bathroom had gotten wet and the "paint" was falling down, housekeeping ignored the issue (did not clean up the mess). Did like layout of room and view from back bedroom - would consider staying here again.
