The pictures online looked like a really nice hotel. So when we got there, the beds felt like they had been used 1000 times and needed to be changed and I found hair on a couple of my wash clothes that were not mine
We have stayed here twice now and have had pleasant experiences both times. This stay after our first night they let us switch to a first floor room due to some health issues with myself. Breakfast was continental and while different than we are used to it was nice to have something warm. Biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage with orange juice was just what we needed in the morning to tie us over until we ate lunch. The location is convenient and is close to just about everything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and maid service was excellent. We have enjoyed both stays here and will book again. It was a perfect spot for our 5 year anniversary getaway.
There were stains on our bedsheets when we got into the room. Had to pull them off and get them changed. The whole room looked like it had seen better days. Quality Inn is a really generous name.
