The room was clean but very outdated. You could tell they have tried to update and what they did looks good. It served the purpose for us as we didn’t stay at the room much.

Needs up dated and pool was drained. Pop machine didn’t work. No plug in for coffee pot had to move it. Needs up dated
This is a great place to stay. Older Hotel, Not a big fancy Hotel but very clean and very friendly staff. Great prices on reservations compared to other hotels in the area. Very comfortable beds. Love the location to The Island and other businesses. Have reserved rooms at this hotel twice this year and very happy with the stay both times. Great lay out for multiple bedrooms so traveling with family is so easy.
The only thing I liked about the whole thing is just the shower the rest of it sucked

This hotel has a perfect location near The Island with lots of walkable businesses. Very clean rooms with awesome beds.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Occupants in the next room were very loud and noisy at 2am-3am in the morning.Call to desk and they were quiet. Older hotel but clean. There is an indoor pool open until midnight.Stayed on the 7th floor and water pressure in shower was weak so recommend staying on floors closer to the ground if you are a shower person. Family vacation so we reserved the 3 bedroom unit and it was awesome. Cheaper than reserving 2 rooms. Very satisfied with our stay at Mountain Vista Inn & Suites
It was discussing. Everything was filthy and the entire room smelled like smoke. The had 3 towels for 6 people and gave attitude when we asked for more. Do not stay here
Great location and walkable to The Island and other places. Very big room and renovated nicely. Needs newer furniture. Very old, scratched up and dated. Very comfortable bed.
Needs updating specially the elevator. Overall its ok place to stay.
Nice to have 2 bedrooms each with a King Bed. Also a mini fridge and microwave, A small table and chair would have been nice to use my laptop. Pool is inside. Great location right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. Well worth the price!!!
Walking distance to The Island and Mountain Mile Shopping Area and close to a lot of restaurants. Takes about 7 minutes for water to heat up for shower but place was clean and has good water pressure.
Only thing about the place was parking. Not enough places by the Hotel. Needed coffee maker in room. Over all it was a good place to stay.
Room was not clean floors very dirty. We even found a used tissue in our bed.... not enjoyable to find after traveling all day. We did not have a chance to alert staff as it was late and desk was closed by that time. However, all our interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful. I did think an envelop next to the bed with tip for housecleaning wrote barely legible was kinda tacky especially with the issues with cleanliness
Property was in a good area. The room was fine. Needs updated but overall was okay. Convenient area and was quit for the most part.
Everything was great! The room was very clean and had plenty of room. The front desk staff was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the guests 2 doors down from us were smoking on the balcony and the smell of cigarette smoke seeped into our room.
