Good experience downtown was busy but enjoyed going up in the mountains.

Nice location. Good services for the money that you pay. In general is not bad

The hotel is a little outdated, but for the price you can't really complain. It's clean, and it's very close to the strip. The rooms are fairly large, but the bathrooms are tiny. The beds were comfortable, and the TV worked just fine. Did not notice any issues with noise, nor any other distractions. The staff were very friendly, and I really have no issues with a place. I would have no problem staying here again.

Room was large with a king bed, couch, chair and small table. King bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the main strip in Gatlinburg. You are able to be in The Village in only a couple of minutes. Hotel staff were very accommodating and nice. Hot water was a bit of an issue on a couple mornings and the bathroom was very small. The heated flooring in the bathroom was a very nice feature! The bed was very firm. The walls and doors are very thin allowing all sounds and noises to easily travel from the outside or from room to room. Only one ice machine in working order for the entire hotel and it didn't work very well. The light above the sink only worked occasionally. Nice size and cold fridge. And, the LCD TV was a nice size. Overall, given the price, pleasant staff, and location, I would recommend to others.

It was a great place to sleep.

Very large room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Less than a five minute walk from the strip with all the shopping and restaurants. Very little traffic by hotel making it very peaceful and quiet yet very close to all activities.

The staff was very nice and friendly! The room was a good deal for the price

Really convenient hotel, walking distance to the strip. For what you pay this is a good place, clean, spacious and cozy. The swimming pool was great for our family. The strip is walking distance so didn't have to pay have to look for car parking. Overall, happy with the stay.

Nice little Inn.Would stay at it again.Great location close to aquarium and shops.

Awesome little hotel for the price! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for simple yet clean and efficient.

This hotel was older but maintained. Close enough to downtown to walk but Fay enough away to avoid traffic noise! There are two pools the one by the road did not look clean. We did not see anyone use it. The other pool was in the middle of the of the rooms? It looked fine we used that one. The room was clean. The only thing that we would change would be the mattress. They were not comfortable. But other wise was pleased with our room and would stay there again.

Location wise, this motel is at a walkable distance from the Parkway where all of Gatlinburg's attractions are. The room we stayed in was neat. No smell of any kind. Lots of food joints around. We stayed for a day and overall it was good value for what we paid.

The check in lady wasn't very helpful, but, overall a nice visit

Everything allright. A nice Motel in the near of the mainstreet

the hotel was adequate and comfortable enough but needed repairs.

Rooms pretty outdated, but include the minimums you'll need. Fridge, pool, microwave, table and a bible. :) Fantastic location, one block from downtown. Just close enough to the shops, restaurants and attractions and far enough away from the noise for some peace and quite.

It was just ok, nothing special, needs updating and repairs. .

I had the King size bed room. The rooms are large. A little outdated, but not dirty. The floor has some stains on it, but wasn't about to roll around the floor so its not a big deal. The light is not very good, the room is dark. Staff is friendly. This is a 3 star hotel as described. There are 2 pools and they are clean. The hotel is not on the main street and at the end of the hustle and bustle of the main area. If you like it to be quite and walkable to and around the main street this would be a great location (plus you don't have too drive through the pedistrian traffic). I don't mind walking so it was good for us.

The room was in need of repairs. You can def. Tell it is an older hotel. The worst part was the bed was horrible! The best part was the air unit worked great! Another great feature is you can walk to your shopping areas/aquarium. And you don't have to pay for parking!
