We stayed here because it was a pet friendly hotel. We left our little dog in the room, as we were allowed, and went back out to have some senior pictures made of our daughter. The hotel called while we were out and said our dog had barked since we left and someone had complained. Uhh hello, this is a pet friendly hotel where there are pets that bark and our little dog does bark if she hears loud noises. We ended up having to cut off our photo session and come back to our dog. We have stayed in other pet friendly hotels in the area and have never had any problems!! Will NEVER stay here again!!!

Property at this place is the worst I’ve ever been to. The room smells very stink like dogs. Dogs bark all night. There was only one towel in the room. I went to ask for more towels but the staffs said there was no more clean towels. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very very very bad. I paid over $239 at this location. Will not use Quality Inn anymore.

It was a very nice hotel. It was close to our competition and everyone was very friendly.

In the morning our room would smell smoky from the breakfast area. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. That was no drain plug in the sink. Noisy AC in heat mode. Little access to luggage carts.

Convenient, but was run down. Bad mattresses and EXTREME amount of dog hair everywhere. A pair of infant socks not belonging to us was on the floor when we arrived.

Beds are not comfortable at all. The room looks outdated. Tiny indoor pool. Breakfast was fair. The room was very clean though.

The room smell really bad upon arrival, tried to get another room but was told it was sold and I could not change. There were ants around the window and on our second/last night, there were bugs in my bed...earwig bugs. I took the bugs to the front desk, they offered another room but it was next to a barking dog. We were offered another room but only 2 door down from the barking dog. so we left. I have been trying to reach the manager for 2 days with no luck.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here and last year was nicer. The outdoor pool was cloudy and the breakfast was not as good as last year. Hotel staff is extremely nice as always!

Poor internet connections and poor TV reception. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected. Dogs were allowed inside hotel.

Wanted a nice pool to enjoy my stay and this place had a really nice indoor pool. Place was clean and very nice. Only problem we had was my older son put the do not disturb sign in the card key lock and the maid opened the door anyway. He was changing but he had put the bolt on the door and he heard her jiggle the door and try to open it. So he opened it and he asked her "did you not see the sign?" I dont need anything today. He was not happy with her doing this especially with the sign in the key card lock.

kind of in need of renovation in comparison to other laquintas I stay at. staff was great though. no food choices nearby.

Comfortable beds, clean room, 25 min. From Dollywood. Great bbq joint just down the road.

Was a great stay at the hotel. Service was outstanding. Was a little ways away from the mail attractions but they had a car show going on the same weekend so traffic was bad, but we did all we wanted to do. Would stay at this hotel again when the construction is finish making the road 6 lanes.

Close to smkw. Away from all that crazy traffic. Great staff. Loved the pool after a day of walking

The staff is accommodating and helpful, the room is clean and have plenty of towels.

We wanted to visit with friends staying in Gatlinburg but needed a place to stay that was close to I40 to make the trip out an easy process the next day. We were amazed at how many people had pets. This is a very pet-friendly hotel. Also, the continental breakfast was more than "continental". We were very pleasantly surprised.

My husband and i loved staying at La Quinta Inn. We were there the same week of a car show and your location was out of the noise and hustle and bustle. But it was close enough to see all the sights and eat at great restaurants. The room was clean and we had everything we needed! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed.
