The staff, facilities, people was wonderfull. I love Pigeon Forge.

We stayed at this same location several years ago when it was called Quality. We swore we'd never stay there again and we didn't until it changed and was remodeled. The only complaint we have is you could hear every car passing through. That was the only bad thing otherwise everything was wonderful. I recommend staying on the back side where there isn't a road.

El cuarto holia muy mal, habia cucarachas y estaba muy sucio el cuarto.

blood in white blanket, beds where like sleeping on box springs and the breakfast eggs biscuits and sausage gravy, really. Manager is very rude. Night receptionist seen hanging a man in front of parking lots around 8pm. Stays in her car instead at front desk. They treat you like a thief if you ask for extra or new towels and they count each one when taking them to front office to get more towels. Back f hotel parking sucks, view was nice, pool had bugs, trash and cigarettes in it. Indoor pool cloudy when going under the water. Not a pleasant pool. Lacks visual appearance and not enough seating. Small pool. Overall I will give this hotel a 1 star rating based on customer service from management and all I mentioned. Price is good, but good is all you will get. Dirty air conditioning units, vents had at least 1/8 inch of dust and grey looking, meaning not been cleaned regularly However other then my lousy stay at this hotel I did enjoy being out and about. I was asked to leave based on my complaint of bed as I could not sleep other then one position on my side. bed had huge lump in middle of bed, where I sleep it sagged on side of bed and only spot I could sleep on. Waking up to make my bed to find a bloody white blanket.

The first time when we checked in they gave us a room that somebody was already in! If that is not bad enough I got bit in bed on my foot by a spider!! YA GREAT HOTEL RIGHT? NO IT WAS NOT!!

We had a great time. the staff was nice and friendly. It was even better we could have our dog.

We were on vacation to see the mountains and scenery and the nice people who live there. The hotel was o.k. but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was nice and helpful is we had a problem they fixed it for us. We stayed about a week. The garbage men came way to early in the morning to empty the dumpster.

This was a friend's trip to shop and just relax. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everyone was nice and the rooms were very nice.I would deffiently recommend it to friends

The coffee pot had in it a used coffee pad left by a previous guest. The sink didn't work and the front desk won't resolve the issue.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was close to everything (walking distance to Titanic, Country Tonight, WonderWorks, Hard Rock and the Wax Museum). The staff was very nice. Felt safe. Hot breakfast. Great stay.

Staff was nice. Didnt like the fact that hotel staff that gave me parking pass wanted to market shows etc to me. But overall a good experience.

HOTEL WAS COOL POOL WAS NOT CLEAN BUT OVER ALL I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

The hotel check in was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Location on parkway was great. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good with a great selection of food and juice. Watched fireworks from hotel and did not have to get out in long line of traffic. We would have enjoyed a hot tub out by the pool.

The swimming pools were not up to par , never was cleaned.. bugs, trash etc, ugh!

The hotel was so-so! Average. Nothing special. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part. Not bad for the price I guess. We were in Pigeon Forge to see the sights anyway and did not wish to spend a great deal of time in a hotel room which would be quite foolish to begin with..

We wanted to stay on parkway because of all the activities. We did golf, go-carts, dollywood, and shopping at the christmas store. I did not like that the pool was in the back and did not look very clean. This was the 1st trip we've taken to pigeon forge and we had a great time. The hotel was not far from all the great things to do!

It was our first time in Pigeon Forge, the hotel was located near some of the attractions that I wanted to attend. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great, I lost our key card and the clerk said it was no problem and wished us a safe trip home. I would stay there again.

the quality inn in pigeon forge tenn was very nice. the room was big and the microwave and refrig. came in very handy since we had our grandkids with us and needed to heat bottles. we plan to stay the next time we come to visit.
