Everything was perfect. The room, the hot tube, the staff, everything was on point and perfect.

Great stay. Room was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy with a friendly staff

The floor in our room was dirty but everything else was good

The hotel was clean and kids enjoyed the pools. The ice machines were centrally located. We did not eat breakfast there but the checkout staff was very nice

Staff was kind and curtious very efficient in tasks.i would definitely come back and reccomend to others.

we love the pool kids really enjoyed it. the only thing we did not like was the people not respecting the rules when it comes to smoking in the designated areas.. they were smoking right outside their rooms on the balcony and we had to walk past them to leave, this needs to be enforced better.

We reserved our room at this hotel almost two months prior to our stay. We chose this hotel for a number of reasons. We chose the King Suite with jacuzzi tub for our room, as this was our late honeymoon. The day of our arrival, I received a call from the hotel stating the room we had reserved was not available due to some issues, but they would provide discount. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Upon checking in, the desk clerk mentioned nothing of the discount. We were told our room was on the backside of the hotel. Only to find out, it was on the front side, all the way at the end. The room was a king size room, minus the jacuzzi tub. Being on the roadside, it was loud, as it is by the main drag. I went down the next day to ask about the discount and was told it would be 15%, but i would have to contact Orbitz for the refund. The two swimming pools were very small. The outdoor pool one day looked as if the pump wasn't running and was discolored. Upon leaving the hotel at checkout, we had our luggage cart ready to go. There were two cleaning carts in the isle way with no workers to be found to move them so we could get by. I had to contact the front desk to have them get someone to move them. The two ladies came to move them, only after they had a conversation of two minutes discussing what to do. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and let down. Would probably not recommend or stay here again.

Pool is great for kids. Property is outdated and dirty. Wear white socks in room and they get filthy. Room was so small, bathroom door hit the bed when you opened it. Carpet was frayed, there was a hole in the wall, etc. pics online are not accurate for what it currently looks like. Overpriced for condition of room - for $120 a night, you can stay at a ton of nicer options in the area.

The property was clean and the view from the rear was beautiful. The pool was clean and had a water slide and wading pool. The breakfast was good but not the best I have ever had. It was near all of the attractions, including Dollywood. I would consider this room superb for the price I paid.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They gave me a room when I arrived a day early for my reservation. The air conditioner thermostat was restricted, so we could not sleep very well in warm room. We encountered the same problem in other hotels on this trip, so will hotel travel from now on.

Well pleased with the room, breakfast was excellent and the price was great. Will definitely stay at this place when we visit Pigeon Forge again.

Close to attractions, descent breakfast. Everythi g great, except that the room smelled old.

The indoor pool was great. However do to temps outside and the fan running it made the indoor area cold to get out of the pool. Suggest putting in a thermostat on the fan to better control the temp inside. Breakfast bar was great, they kept it stocked during the rush hour. Food was hot and plentiful. The room was clean. However they did not have shampoo. Had conditioner, soap but no shampoo. The hotel was clean and kept up.

Had a emergency with vehicle asked to stay a few extra hours until my fiancé could get me and my children as he was coming from another state but was told would have to leave I will never stay at any Howard Johnson again and will tell this to all my family and friends

Great location, but room is very loud with road noise. Beds are so hard, pillows are not good.
