checked into a room with pretty raunchy linens, bought my own blanket for sleeping!

None / the room and hotel is in need of updating.will not be returning to this place.

Our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Woke up in the middle of the night coughing from the people in the room beside us smoking. Only one ice machine in whole hotel and it wS on the 4th floor. Only one vending machine and it was a small one in the lobby ( not much in it). Room was not very clean either. Very disappointed, expected more for the amount we paid.

Old building but pretty clean. Beautiful view! Located in the hottest spot ! Very recommended! Helpful staff!

I had a great time the staff was all very friendly and helpful

Great location ... It's time to change mattresses ( sheets wouldn't stay on bed)... Also time to put money into pool... Breakfast bar area very well stocked , friendly staff

It was an older hotel, in which you could visibly tell. Not all the bells and whistles and newness, but certainly met our needs. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast didn't start til after 7, so we did not get to eat. Wish it would have started at 6 or 6:30 for early risers. Nobody there to check out either but everything seemed to work out just fine.

the place is located farly decent rooms could use some updated t v our bed was hard pillows were wore out flat cpl were hard as rocks

Nothing to write about. Had to make our own beds and pick up our towels at desk.

We stayed in a room with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I did think that the decor was a little outdated but other than that it was very nice. I really just wanted a clean and comfortable room since we were only staying for one night and that is what we got! Would definitely stay there again..

Went for value ended up undervalued. Room was moldy. Pillows were awful. Stayed at better motels for this price. :/

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - Friday and Saturday - and loved everything about it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure and the lighting was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice, and the continental breakfast was very good. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge!

Dont be fooled, the WIFI is only available in the lobby. Many excuses all week asked many guests on all floors no WIFI. . Breakfast was horrible , towels were grey, very shabby. Rust & leak marks on the ceilings.

If you're looking to rest and refresh you will be satisfied.

Room was for the most part what we expected... a little small but everything we needed.... good deal

Check in and check out was so easy and quick. The room was easy to get to with all of our luggage. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere!

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good location (up a crazy hill). Could use an update but like I said clean and the price was right for a quick getaway. Isn't a luxury hotel but a place to lay your head if you don't have a lot to spend.

Was expecting a little more comfort in the room but overall it was ok. The bad part was my aunt and uncle got a better deal just checking in at the hotel then going on line.

Staff was great. Very disappointed with everything else and would not have stayed if I hadn't already paid in advance. Will not stay there again. Hotel had stickers on the doors to cover former name. Cardkeys wouldn't open outside door. Had to make u-turn at busy intersection to go to or from hotel. Very outdated and worn with rust over bathroom door, wallpaper peeling, room small, air unit sounded like helicopter landing, laundrymat consisted of one worn-out washer and dryer, had to be early to get enough towels and washclothes.

Nice place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly !
