This hotel is right across from the Opry which is in the heart of everything. Tucked back slightly so you don't get the road traffic. Staff was the nicest at any hotel I have ever stayed. Our two pugs loved the pet friendliness of the hotel.

We visited pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Our hotel stay was wonderful. It was clean and staff was very friendly.

The room was adequate for one night. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. My husband and I do like Hampton Inn's and will definately stay at other Hamptons.

The staff, location, and amenities were excellent.

the hotel is great, one thing we always need is a safe, there wasnt one in our room, not sure about the other rooms, also no balconies, otherwise this is a great place to stay

Staff at check in were very friendly and nice. Our room was spotless and decorated very well. All was quiet and felt safe. We slept like babies got up and enjoyed the nice breakfast. Would be happy to return and will soon, hopefully.

Everything was great except the temperature of the room. It was preset to not go lower than a certain temperature making the room very uncomfortable at night.

Staff at Hampton was great. The guest laundry was nice to have, and they even sold detergent at the desk

Wonderful place to stay. During our stay the main lobby was being remodeled and the staff went out of their way to make any inconveniences as minimal as possible. Room was very clean and we had fresh supplies daily. Hotel is convenient to shopping, dinning, and fun. Will gladly stay again on future trips.

This place was very nice. We went to Pigeon Forge to attend the SGMA awards at Dollywood. Dollywood was beautiful and we had a great time. Hampton Inn was right in the middle of all of the activities, and there is so much to do. The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. I had an issue trying to print boarding passes on my last night, and Selena at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make this place better is a mini fridge in the room, however this will not not stop me from staying with them again.

This hotel is well located near many popular attractions. The room had a fireplace which would be great for a winter getaway.

Hotel is older but well kept up , very clean only draw back was the NOT queen size bed. Was told oh yes i twas QS but it is the same size as a standard full bed. And would have liked a light weight blanket along with the heaver cover. Other than that we will stay there again just go for the king bed.

The ammenities and the breakfast that the hotel provided were quite good. [...]

Great Hotel. Very good location next to the best eating places in town. Breakfast Bar the best.... Professional People running the Place. Safe place to have your family stay...

WE WENT TO GATTLINSBURG AND EAT AT SOME GREAT RESTRAUNTS ALSO WENT TO DOLLYWOOD

The hotel room shown a little age but were very confortable and quiet.Would certainly stay there again and would recomend it to family and friends.

The room was very nice although we paid for a suite it didn't really meet my opinion of a suite. But for the most part it was a wonderful place and I would come back.

I was pleased arrive and find a lovely lobby with a cozy fire complete with some older men playing a board game. The desk staff was so sweet and we were in our room immediately. The room, hallways, pool area and lobby were spotless. The breakfast was delicious--and the staff was very attentive and made sure all items were well stocked. My only complaint was that when we returned from Dollywood, our room had not been cleaned. Since is wasn't that messy anyway, we just called for towels and they appeared instantly. The location is convienient to all family friendly attractions of the area.
