The hotel generally met all expectations. Like the complimentary breakfast, but the staff there was not very customer-friendly. (Hopefully, that was a one-off).

Very nice hotel, stuffs are very friendly, room is clean. Good location, about 12 minute walking to gatlinburg downtown, so not too crowded. Less then half mile to National park.
There was an annoying rattling noise coming from multiple places in the room.
Really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool just to relax. The hotel is very close to downtown and sits in a quiet area really close to the Roaring Fork Nature Trail where we saw black bears.
Very clean and in a great location a short walk to town. It is very close to the park entrance also. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.
