Great place to stay for nice little get away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was awful! The room smelled, bugs and black mold in the shower. We were told the hot tub and indoor pool were being redone and the out door pool was heated. Wrong! It was so cold we couldn't get in.I will never stay here again and wouldn't have even stayed the one night if I had known the conditions . The resort we stayed at all weekend was booked and we couldn't get a room for one more night so we ended up here. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

I would not stay there again after the experience with poor customer services.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful and explained everything that was available upon check in. The rooms were clean and something you don't find in hotels a lot are comfortable beds and pillows. I could of just laid in bed all day. And the bedding was very clean! The location was perfect.

Everything was perfect ! The staff were super helpful! The rooms were clean ! The indoor and outside pool were both heated . The breakfast had lots of choices and they gave out fresh baked cookies in the evening !

We had a really great vacation, nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, close to everything you need, great scenery, would recommend visiting this hotel and Gatlinburg, it was absolutely amazing all the way around. 2 thumbs up

We enjoyed the ease & indoor pool on our simplistic family quick stay! Very nice hotel, stylish & fresh! Thank you

Quick overnight trip, good facilities. Very clean & stylish

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice! Hot Chocolate and cookies at night was wonderful! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the walls were very thin, could hear the people in the next room until after 11pm. But, will be visiting again soon!

The room and location were fine for the most part. The only negatives were the following: the room we were given, 216, was in the front of the hotel, right above the hotel entrance, which was OK, with the exception of the extremely bright spot-lights illuminating the front of the hotel which may or may not affect your ability to sleep. The flimsy curtain did nothing to keep out the bright lights. Think sleeping outdoors under a full moon. If the hotel wasn't so cheap, they would install a real curtain which would fully close, rather than the flimsy curtain backed by a fake thick curtain which was not designed to close and was only there for decoration. After a long day of walking all around Gatlinburg, it would be nice to be able to sleep in a dark room, rather than under the spot-lights... Plusses for the hotel include the two liquor stores on each side of the hotel. The only two in town from what I could see. The town trolley comes right through the hotel property and will take you to the center of town for free. Don't try to drive around Gatlinburg if you are staying there as the parking situation is horrible. The trolleys will take you everywhere.

Very pleasant stay. Will choose this hotel again. Coffee and cookies in the lobby in the late afternoon after an excursion and before dinner was very nice.

This is a really nice hotel. We enjoyed the free breakfast which includes make your own waffles. The location is just 5 minutes from the main street of Gatlinburg with all of the small shops and restaurants. This hotel even gave us a pass for free parking downtown (it normally costs $10). You are just minutes from the Great Smokies Nat'l Park. We stayed in the winter and did not get to use the nice outdoor pool and water slide. They do have an indoor heated pool.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had great choices with coffee, tea & hot chocolate available all day. Unfortunately, had the misfortune to stay while the roof was being repaired, so were awakened by the loud noise at 7 each morning. Otherwise, was a wonderful trip.

We've stayed here many times and it's always been great!

Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and helpful!

Only complaint is that we could hear everyone in the adjacent room to us and in the hallway. Walls seemed pretty thin.

only thing I would change is there is putt putt place that does not turn off in the front so if you have one of those rooms the noice and lights will go on and on all night long

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast could have been better. [...]

We were staying there for one night. Everything was perfect except for the hotel is a little bit far away from the center of the town.

The hotel was excellent. The location, the facility everything was perfect. Also once of the best was this hotel quality for the price that you guys gave me. Thank's for make this vacation unforgivable.
