I have stayed at many hotels in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg over several years. This hotel is hard to beat for the location, price, condition, and a great free breakfast.

Everything was excellent except the shower plunger didn't work all the way (we only got about 1/3 the volume from the shower head.) And some of the electrical plugs need replaced as they are loose fitting. The Breakfast was VERY GOOD every day

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the extended pool time

nice pool, rooms were clean, well-rounded breakfast, no hassles, and close to everything

We chose this hotel for our one night stay because we had stayed here before and had found everything to be exceptional. Again, for this stay, everything (price, location, room comfort and cleanliness, parking, security) was EXCEPTIONAL!

It was noisy the room was unclean and small kids where running up and down hallways!!!

Feeding the geese and ducks out back was fun for the kids.

We chose the street side road noises where bad till after midnight then horns blowing at 6am spend the extra money for the river side

All parts of stay were great, the staff, the breakfast, the location, the pool, the cleanliness!!

Overall, the experience was fine. My room was ready about 30 minutes later than normal, but the room was nice and clean. The pool was a hit with my kids, but it got very crowded in the evenings. The worst part of the hotel was the breakfast experience. While the food was delicious, the line was long every morning, and there were not nearly enough tables in the tiny breakfast room. For such a large hotel, there needs to be more seating available. We were forced to either wait for a table, or take our food back to our room for breakfast. Also, waiting in line outside for breakfast was not fun in the cold winter temperatures.

We stay at the Econo with each visit. We love it. The breakfast is great. Clean pool area. The staff are always so welcoming.

The room was clean. Plenty of light. I would have preferred a sitting chair instead of small table with 2 chairs, but that's me being picky. The wife enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese in the morning on the rivers edge. Never made it to the pool. But good stay for the $$. Will stay again!

Our hotel room was right next to the pools. We are in our 70's so we had to listen to people in the pool when we were not out shopping and playing with the grandchildren. Glad it closed at 11:00. Everyone was so nice and the food was good. We did enjoy our stay. Your outdoor improvements are great. We will definitely keep you in mind when we decide to come again..

Nice pool. The river was beautiful. It was fun feeding the geese and ducks. It was really nice having the outside fire at night, along with the pavilion, picnic tables and grill.

Grandsons loved the indoor pool. Good location since we were meeting our daughter who was staying nearby. Good time had by all.

We stayed here after flying into Knoxville. It was a very nice room. Everyone was very friendly. Would recommend!

I was not pleased with the A/C unit for the room, it was not cool in the room, went to the front desk to tell them about it, but nothing changed, it was very hot in the room for our 5 night stay

I am 61 years old. I started going to Pigeon Forge when I was 20 years old. Dollywood was silver dollar city. I have stayed at this motel more than I have fingers and toes. It is slowly going downhill. There was substance smeared on the bathroom wall and door, mold in the tub, and several guest other than us commented on the heated pool being cold and the hot tub being warm. Some/most staff were friendly and the free breakfast is a big plus. I have never received a free night as advertised for staying at a choice motel. Clerk would not comment on that either. Still I like the location and will recommend it.

Spontaneous weekend with wife. Hotel location was right in the center of pigeon forge. I usually stay at park vista, however we wanted to stay in pigeon forge and for the money I was pleasantly surprised. The location, cleanliness, staff, and definetly the breakfast were all awesome! Room was very clean and quaint. River and ducks behind the room were cool. Parking was adequate and easy. We will bring our son back with us soon.
