Incompetent desk help. Had trouble understanding accent. I checked out around 7 AM and asked where the free breakfast was, since it was advertised on Orbitz as being included. The desk clerk replied that there would be no breakfast today because the people providing breakfast were not showing up because of bad weather. WHAT?! The outdoor temperature was in the low 40s and the ground was wet due to light rain last night, but it was not raining this morning. I am VERY disappointed in this hotel, MAKING LAME EXCUSES for not providing what was promised. There was a lot of flooding in the parking lot due to lack of drainage/pavement not sloped, so you have to walk through puddles, getting your wheeled baggage wet. Parking lot lighting is poor at best as well. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. Orbitz should remove it from their listings!
It desperately needs updated. Peeling enamel on bathubs, chipped counter tops, it was extremely dusty. The free breakfast was decent enough if you got there early enough, if not you had frozen sausage patties. The location is perfect for allowing you to walk to attractions.

I booked a room for 9 days and checked out early it took 2 day's to get a tv remote and the toilet was loose from the floor we got towels every other day room was not cleaned everyday and i was smoking outside and one of the older ladies said that you need to go out back to smoke or she was going to bill me 250 for smoking outside because the smoke could get in the room what B.S.there is no real parking for all the rooms they have we had to park out front and walk around the hotel to get to our room everyday we would get up and leave we had to go upfront to get our keys reprogram so we could get back in our room
Fair price for an older hotel that needs upgrading overall. But much, much worse in the area. Not bad all things considered. Staff was fairly nice!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and never disappointed. Very reasonable rates and located at a stoplight so no issues getting out on the parkway. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Very comfortable beds and hot water never ends during the bathtime. Nice place to stay
Location was convenient to our vacation destinations. The property is old and in need of an upgrade. The hot breakfast was definitely a plus.
The property was sufficient for what I needed at the time. Nothing special, but did work for me and my family.

Rude customer service, room was dirty - floor filthy and electrical tape floor tile together plus old receipt left on the desk when first arriving to the room , front desk accused us of lying about the room being cleaned. She claimed we must have put the no cleaning service on our door when we didn’t even have a sign in our room - just that old parking sign . We even said she could come look since we had just gotten back from being gone all day but she refused. Had to bring back the dirty towels after being gone all day to get new ones . Also, asked for cups but none available at the time so she brought us A CUP and hung it on the door which had fallen to the ground . We have never experienced this kind of customer service in our 40 years of traveling . We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone- BEWARE! Wouldn’t stay here even if given free hotel stays 😡
Love staying at this hotel. Very convenient to everything and easy to get out at the light. Friendly staff and good clean room. Right on the parkway. Hot breakfast included
It’s a run down hotel, the pictures on the website are totally different,worst place, we checked out the same night we checked in bed dugs too
Everything was good except I was bitten by bedbugs. Woke up covered in bites unfortunately
Good Location, Breakfast was great. Older hotel with old rooms and chairs. Thin walls.
Laid back queit. What i didnt like was the pillows were very hard and my door didnt have the chain lock on it.
