It was not posted that the hotel is under construction so the office and "free breakfast" was just in one of the rooms! I asked is this where the breakfast is and was told yes it's just a grab and go..? Our room smelled like smoke and the bathroom area was dingy. There were stacks of old mattresses in the corner of the parking lot and hold washers in the parking lot too.... I would not recommend this place until they finish their construction and hopefully update their rooms and don't count on the "free breakfast". Also no elevator that we could find so had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs....

We rented two rooms. Found a Roach and dirty rag in the tub in our room, and our children’s room smelled like something had died in it. The Staff did offer us different rooms. After declining, they gave us a refund.

First there was a needle in the parking spot in front of our room where someone had shot up. The hotel has recently been renovated and there is a huge stack of old mattresses in the parking lot. The room even though renovated was not good. Only half the lights worked, carpet had huge tears in it, and the showers had no water pressure at all. I wasn’t expecting greatness at the price but I was at least expecting clean. I will not stay here again

Hotel was clean .right as u go into serville.swimming pool was just right temp..big rooms.fresh towels.staff was great

Quiet area, yet mins to where we planned to go and see, clean rooms, and a small breakfast which was nice to eat and start checking scenery

This is my second time staying here. For only a couple of nights, this is a great and cheap hotel. It's comfortable and clean. It's right off of I-40 and only about 5 miles from pigeon forge area.

Dirty elevator and stairwell. Checked room and it was disgusting. Long black hair on faded pillow cases that were almost transparent. Bathroom smelled and unclean. I did not stay. Had to find another hotel.

the room wasn't so bad, just your basic hotel room, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude. any question I asked seemed to be a burden to her, her responses were short and defensive. our phone in the room didn't work at all even though it was connected to the wall. the free breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel it self was a bit far from everything, but it was right off the interstate. I got this room for a very discounted rate so it seemed fair for the price I paid, but a complete rip off for its original price.

Need more rollaway beds. Woman on morning desk very pleasant.

My only compliant is the "continental breakfast". There was a few frozen tiny pancakes (no pancake maker). three choices of cereals, sliced bread and doughnuts.. My kids refused to eat the next morning and I had to take them to I-hope. The hotel could do better, before advertising as "free breakfast".

The hotel was clean but the location was not good, it was hard to to get out on the main road.

The hotel was a great bargain. It was clean and we were happy to get a room on short notice. Only drawback is its close to the highway, so you can hear some traffic at night, but we were so exhausted from all the fun we had it didn't matter. The staff is nice, rooms clean, beds and pillows comfy

Easy ,right off the HiWay. Room was clean ,but could us updating. Breakfast was ok (did the job)

Clean room, good price. Stayed one night and had no problems at all.

This was a very comfortable hotel and located just a few minutes from Pigeon Forge and close to several amusements and entertainment without the hassle of tourists

good place to stay close enough to everything but far away enough to not be up all night with the traffic. cant beat the price for the area.

The cleanliness of rooms and quality of the service was mediocre. Not a very nice place to stay.

Excellant place off highway. Easy to find and get out of to go to main attractions in the area. Was pet friendly, which ment a lot.

it was clean and the employees was just wonderful.the deluxe breakfast was so good. thank you for such a good stay. Marie Johnson

Room was clean. The staff were very nice. The location was perfect for the trip that we had planned.
