Room comfortable . Great location. Very nice view of the creek from balcony . staff very friendly . breakfast was good. We will stay again .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a little dated and the bathroom was small with no way to stop up the bathtub for a tub bath but the beds were amazingly comfortable. The river right outside our room was awesome and sounded great. Overall it was a great experience.

The shower made me screamed because of the water. It turned very hot and very cold while in the shower. I guess when somebody use it in other rooms it will turn that way. The towel bar is broke and the king bed is not comfortable at all. But the staff are friendly and breakfast is ok for free.

For the price you pay the room we were in was no where near the shape it should be in for the price point. The bathroom door handle didn't work right. Once you went in and closed the door it was very tricky to get back out. The light switches in the bathroom didn't work well. The wall was dirty that was right next to the bed. WiFi did not work the whole time we were there. And when I questioned it I got no real answers. Called the number that we were instructed to about it and after telling them the problem they said they would call me back. They never did. We were just not impressed at all. Also because of the room we couldn't bring ourselves to even eat their breakfast.

Nice hotel. walking distance to downtown. Clean , staff very friendly.

I have stayed in several Days Inn hotels and been very pleased, so I was completely shocked that this particular one was so bad. So many things were broken throughout the hotel. Our balcony door was broken around the door knob, and looked to have been somewhat patched, but it did not allow the door to close completely without the padlock. The main door to our room was missing the extra top security lock, which wouldn't have been a big deal, but no key card was needed to enter the building! The drink machines didn't work. The pool was green and cloudy. They did not have sufficient seating for guests at breakfast. They told guests to get water from the sink to drink with their breakfast. The elevators smelled terrible and were in terrible condition.

Clean Hotel, comfy beds, and a great continental breakfast. Staff was super friendly and I would definitely stay again. No issues to report.

Right on the river, with great views of the mountains. Quiet hotel. Within a short distance to the strip.

Great stay. Great view of the river. Very quiet only sound u hear is the flow of the river.

We stayed just two nights. It was good enough to sleep there, but I would not want to stay for more than a weekend. The staff were very nice, but very dated.

After driving for 14 hours, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. There were beer cans everywhere, the bed was unmade and the trash cans were all full. After calling the front desk, we were "upgraded" to a room with a fireplace; however since it was 2 in the morning and check out was 11am, we never even got to use it. The staff at the hotel apologized, but didn't do anything more. I was very upset that after driving for so long and only wanting to sleep that we encountered a filthy room and staff who just said "sorry".

Hotel was clean enough. We had no hot water for a shower; at best was like warm. Outdoor balcony was dirty & hot from air conditioner. But was close to all things to do.

Everything seemed clean but the room needs updating. The heater for the room wasn't working but we didn't need it for this stay thankfully. It was a small room and I'm not sure it was worth the price but for Gatlinburg but it was probably the norm. Also the courtesy breakfast is very small in choices and the eating area tiny.

Hotel was outdated and over priced. Was more of a motel than a hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was a joke...cold hard biscuits...no juice... Staff was not friendly or helpful when we asked questions regarding a few issues we had in our room. We will not stay here again and will not recommend it.

This hotel was very nice for the money. We were only there for 3 nights, but had a great trip. I would definitely recommend staying here again. It was great having the trolly stop right in front of the hotel, we never moved our car the entire weekend.

My family and I spent two nights in Gatlinburg. We've always loved the area and looked forward to our trip. I had to work half of a day and the drive was 6 hours which put us there at 8:00 (with time change). When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating that due to a medical reason the office was closed. It redirected us to another hotel to pick up our keys. Once we got our keys and headed back to our hotel, we found the exterior door propped open with a wooden board. The inside halls were not air conditioned so I assume that it was for ventilation. Our room was pretty run down. The furniture was chipped and looked worn out. The beds were horrible. My wife said every time I rolled over it felt like she was bouncing on a trampoline. The floors were so dirty my kids feet were black so they weren't allowed to take off their shoes. On the bright side, the shower had great water pressure and seemed to be much cleaner than the rest of the room. There was a door to a small balcony where there were two broken lawn chairs and a broken table so we couldn't even sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the river that ran below us. Also, the mountain coaster was right across the road and ran really late so we had to listen to the music and announcer and see the lights through the curtains way past our kids' bedtimes. My 4 year old finally fell asleep at 11:00. Definitely not worth it. We will pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

very convienant to the volleyball tournament. Clean. Nice place for the money. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but good for what we wanted to pay.

The hotel was in a good spot. i slept well. cool balconies on the river. gatlinburg is an amazing spot

Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace - set the holiday atmosphere!

Great location. Second hotel to the right, right when you get into Gatlinburg. 10-15 minute walk to Downtown, which was formed me with us because we didn't want to be right in the middle of downtown anyway, to busy. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. Balcony over looking the river was a plus, loved listening to that sound at night. Right across the street from the Moutain Coaster, so much fun!!!!!. Also had a store across the street. The entire staff was super nice and so helpful whenever you needed anything. The breakfast was your typical hotel fare. The only negative is that is could use a major updating. You can tell that it is an older hotel, and they should not leave old unused equipment in the parking lot. They had two a/c units right by the door under the parking garage. But other than that we had a fantastic time.

convenient and fairly clean

This is the door to our balcony. Even though our room itself was clean, there were lots of little things that needed improvement, like carpet. Our security lock... The elevator door on the main level. I meant to take a pic of the interior, but it was so slow, we took the stairs for the remainder of the trip.
