Clean Hotel, comfy beds, and a great continental breakfast. Staff was super friendly and I would definitely stay again. No issues to report.

Right on the river, with great views of the mountains. Quiet hotel. Within a short distance to the strip.

Great stay. Great view of the river. Very quiet only sound u hear is the flow of the river.

We stayed just two nights. It was good enough to sleep there, but I would not want to stay for more than a weekend. The staff were very nice, but very dated.

After driving for 14 hours, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. There were beer cans everywhere, the bed was unmade and the trash cans were all full. After calling the front desk, we were "upgraded" to a room with a fireplace; however since it was 2 in the morning and check out was 11am, we never even got to use it. The staff at the hotel apologized, but didn't do anything more. I was very upset that after driving for so long and only wanting to sleep that we encountered a filthy room and staff who just said "sorry".

Hotel was clean enough. We had no hot water for a shower; at best was like warm. Outdoor balcony was dirty & hot from air conditioner. But was close to all things to do.

Everything seemed clean but the room needs updating. The heater for the room wasn't working but we didn't need it for this stay thankfully. It was a small room and I'm not sure it was worth the price but for Gatlinburg but it was probably the norm. Also the courtesy breakfast is very small in choices and the eating area tiny.

Hotel was outdated and over priced. Was more of a motel than a hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was a joke...cold hard biscuits...no juice... Staff was not friendly or helpful when we asked questions regarding a few issues we had in our room. We will not stay here again and will not recommend it.

This hotel was very nice for the money. We were only there for 3 nights, but had a great trip. I would definitely recommend staying here again. It was great having the trolly stop right in front of the hotel, we never moved our car the entire weekend.

My family and I spent two nights in Gatlinburg. We've always loved the area and looked forward to our trip. I had to work half of a day and the drive was 6 hours which put us there at 8:00 (with time change). When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating that due to a medical reason the office was closed. It redirected us to another hotel to pick up our keys. Once we got our keys and headed back to our hotel, we found the exterior door propped open with a wooden board. The inside halls were not air conditioned so I assume that it was for ventilation. Our room was pretty run down. The furniture was chipped and looked worn out. The beds were horrible. My wife said every time I rolled over it felt like she was bouncing on a trampoline. The floors were so dirty my kids feet were black so they weren't allowed to take off their shoes. On the bright side, the shower had great water pressure and seemed to be much cleaner than the rest of the room. There was a door to a small balcony where there were two broken lawn chairs and a broken table so we couldn't even sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the river that ran below us. Also, the mountain coaster was right across the road and ran really late so we had to listen to the music and announcer and see the lights through the curtains way past our kids' bedtimes. My 4 year old finally fell asleep at 11:00. Definitely not worth it. We will pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

very convienant to the volleyball tournament. Clean. Nice place for the money. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but good for what we wanted to pay.

The hotel was in a good spot. i slept well. cool balconies on the river. gatlinburg is an amazing spot

Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace - set the holiday atmosphere!

Great location. Second hotel to the right, right when you get into Gatlinburg. 10-15 minute walk to Downtown, which was formed me with us because we didn't want to be right in the middle of downtown anyway, to busy. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. Balcony over looking the river was a plus, loved listening to that sound at night. Right across the street from the Moutain Coaster, so much fun!!!!!. Also had a store across the street. The entire staff was super nice and so helpful whenever you needed anything. The breakfast was your typical hotel fare. The only negative is that is could use a major updating. You can tell that it is an older hotel, and they should not leave old unused equipment in the parking lot. They had two a/c units right by the door under the parking garage. But other than that we had a fantastic time.

Could have a better breakfast selection but it was in a great location and the staff was nice and the room was very clean.all I have to say is the it was a good hotel.

We had a nice stay at Days INN. The room was clean. We gave it three stars because the air conditioner seemed to be having trouble keeping up and the door to the balcony was rotted heavily on the bottom. The Pool and hot tub looked clean, although the poor paint on the hot tub made it look dirty. Service was good. normal continental breakfast that included biscuits and gravy. The coffee was awful. 15 min walk to Downtown Gatlinburg and right across from hillbilly golf.

Our roon was very clean and I loved the balcony and listening to the water. I liked the fact theres a trolly stop right out front to downtown. Only thing was the first two nights I was there I woke up with welps on my arms but no where else I duuno if I was allergic to something or what but the last night it didnt happen but my husband didnt have anything so it probably was an allergic reaction.

The location was great. The room was outdated but comfortable enough. My only complaint is that it smell a little musty. We spent our days zip lining and whitewater rafting and went back to the room to sleep only. It's great if you only plan to use the amenities to sleep and not hang out at the hotel. .

Was a good place to stay peaceful yet close to down town

I knew I wasn't going to be blown away by this hotel based on seeing the number of stars it had, but we had to book it in a hurry for a last minute trip and I did not take the time to read the reviews like I normally would. The staff was very warm and friendly, which is always a plus, the rooms were definitely a bit run down and the bathroom smelled awful. BUT, I did not see any roaches or anything, just one small bug. I think they do an ok job as far as cleanliness, but the whole hotel itself just needs a lot of TLC and updating. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, and I should have expected it to be a little rough based on the number of stars and the reviews. Also, it is walking distance to downtown, but it is a long walk. About half a mile. We did it a few times but then decided to just take the trolley which wasn't bad, only 50 cents per person.
