Great location. Good breakfast. Nice room. Friendly staff.

We were very happy with our stay! The staff was very friendly. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The location was minutes away from Gatlinburg and also close to everything in pigeon forge. We enjoyed going to the islands of pigeon forge.

My husband and I decided to come to Gatlinburg on our way to South Carolina for New Years. The hotel was great and in the perfect location! The staff was very friendly and quick to check is in. The room was comfortable, although we didn't stay there much since we went sight seeing.

We had went thru another booking agency and they contacted us the day before we left and said our hotel was overbooked and they could not accommodate us. We called and went online and booked with this. We were very pleased with the hotel and the ease of booking. Had a wonderful vacation ... We will return soon....thanks for the wonderful vacation.....

I booked this hotel for the balcony and view. So I paid for a city view bc I thought I would be facing the city (the parkway). I was very disappointed when I got there bc my room was on the back of the building facing the parking lot and some not so desirable scenery. I asked the lady working if I could pay more to switch to the front of the building as I thought that's what I was getting with a city view. She said she couldn't change anything since I booked online. Which I have a hard time believing. She had just got off the phone with a customer who she told she had a mountain view (the parkway) available for the same rate I paid for the back of the building. We asked the cleaning staff to not enter our room after we left for the day. We changed out towels and gave them our garbage at the door. When returning back to the room they had entered and cleaned after we had left. It was apparent they did not speak English. The bathroom was not especially clean and the hotel itself looks nice and newer online but the room had an older, dirty feel to it. I would not stay here again.

Nice Motel with very good personnel and extra clean rooms.

The hotel was in a pretty good location. The room was nice and clean! I was in town for a weekend to sight see and enjoy some attractions. I would recommend the hotel to all and will stay there again.

THE HOTEL WAS NOT BAD ...HOWEVER I GOT CAUGHT IN A TRAP. WHILE WE KNEW THE HOTEL WAS NON-SMOKEING WE DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT WAS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY ... NO I WILL NEVER STAY AT A COMFORT SUITES AGAIN

Comfort Suite Inn in Pigeon Forge was OK but not as good as we expected. Rooms were old looking, beds were not very clean, and carpet was old and stained.Paint Colors were depressing. Personal was nice and helpful. Cleaning and Maintenance personal was great but spoke no English.Location was off main drag and to far to walk so we rode everywhere.

The location is great; Teaster Road is much easier to travel on than the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We arrived at 2:15; the check-in person looked up from his book and informed us that no one could check in until after 3 (first time this has happened to me after multiple trips- 45 minutes early should able to be accomodated). We were on the fourth floor; we had several cockroaches in the room. The breakfast was a cardiologist's delight; biscuits and gravy, sugary doughnuts, sweet rolls, 2% Milk (no skim milk). Artificial creamer (at the price, why not half and half). Despite assurances that bagels would be available, there none to be found, nor was there any bread for plain toast. The price was something I would expect at more impressive resorts; Big City prices in a small town.

When it comes to hotels I know them, not only have I stayed in many hotels but I worked in them for 6 years. This hotel was clean, nice and a wonderful value. The beds were comfortable and the entire property was non-smoking. The breakfast was more than your average hotel breakfast offering everything from waffles to biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly and the hotel was conviently placed on teaster lane a backroad which allows easy access to pigeon forge quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all.
