Room was very clean and nicer than most hotels in the area. Bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area very spacious. Lazy River and pool were good size and fun for the whole family. The only complaint I had, was my door keys got deactivated not once, but twice and staff didn’t seem apologetic. Getting locked out of the room twice with 2 small children in 100 degree weather is not pleasant. However I enjoyed this stay more than most in the area and will likely return.

Riverstone Resort and Spa provides a comfortable setting to relax. The one bedroom unit we had was clean and spacious. We loved listening to the sounds of the river from our balcony. We had several family members in other sized units. We were all comfortable as we enjoyed the Smokey mountain beauty. Plenty of parking, the spa is wonderful. Definitely a place I will return to. Don’t hesitate to try this resort.
The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their property and the surrounding area. The property is convenient to a lot of Pigeon Forge attractions. Would highly recommend.
Great location
The location can’t be beat. It’s off the main strip but close to everything. We rented a 2 bedroom and would definitely not hesitate to return. Condo was clean and spacious. We wanted to stay another 2 nights but could not get a 2 bedroom. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient and left with no dirty laundry. Highly recommend, it’s like a home away from home.
The property is well managed and maintained. The check in was smooth; we had a key issue but it was handled quickly. I interacted with three people, at various times of our stay, and everyone was polite, professional, and gracious. A complete pleasure to stay here!

Everything was great with our stay. Our check in process was nice and smooth as well as check out, spa was booked up sadly.
