A carpet of dead roaches on the floor of my room, tens of live roaches, blinds that would not close, noisy roads. Unpleasant check-in (I had to call a number to get someone to open a metal roller-grille). Do not be fooled by the relatively attractive pictures on the web - this place is a dump.
The rooms are set up for long-term (HOME) living; nothing for the 1-3 night stay. Indications are that the bulk of the rooms are rented as living quarters for entire families. No coffee pot in the room, no ice maker on property, etc. A lot of foot traffic on the property from non-residents, drug activity, strong smell of marijuana most of the time inside. I have no issue with someone who wants to toke a doob, but to be assured that opening a window OR smoking a cigarette inside is a sure way to be "booted out" is not something that causes me to feel like I am welcome. Next trip, I will choose elsewhere so I can have a coffee before I have to get dressed and go out, and can get some ice when I return for the evening.
This hotel had to have been the worst hotel ive experienced so far. The room smelled like smoke from the time i entered. There were dead bugs on the floor and as soon as the sun started to set the live bugs started to come out. There were two staff that were very sweet and tried to ask how they could make the stay more pleasant however the others acted as if i wasnt even there. One staff had her headphones in the whole time i was at the front desk and when another staff tried to get her attention so that she could help me she rolled her eyes and acted very annoyed that she was bothered.
Just a bad place to stay not recommended to many rules they will charge you there even to breath.
Everything functioned as it should. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Totally uneventful as it should be!

Do not rent a room. It is unclean and roach infested. The pictures online make it look like a decent economy room but it is really an extended stay without much supervision. You do not receive 24 hr service at the front desk like a true hotel and they are not concerned about your experience at all. I strongly advise reconsidering renting a room at this place.
Arrived at 1:20 AM and the overnight service was not manned. I called the 500 # from lobby 5 times and no one answered, so I never was able to get a room, even though they had already charged my card
smelly hallway and room. Unable to turn off TV, guests from next door arguing/talking very loud 4 o'clock in the morning.
Disappointment #1 I arrived about 11:00 on a Friday night. The front desk is only open until 8PM, so you have to call a number from a phone in the hallway by the office. I called twice and got a message that the person I was calling was not available, try again later. I was starting to wonder what I was going to do! On the 3rd call (when I was getting ready to call Orbitz), someone finally answered and came down to the front desk after a few minutes. Disappointment #2 While the WoodSpring Suites has a kitchen, there are no pots, pans, plates, bowls, or utensils of any kind. The lady at the front desk informed me that I could BUY some from the hotel, but that it was cheaper to buy them at Walmart. There is also no coffee maker or shampoo in the bathroom (they do provide a couple of bars of soap). Dissapointment #3 Very slow internet at night. Good speed early in the morning. Disappointment #4 I was getting ready for bed at 11PM on a Saturday night when the fire alarm went off - very loud. It lasted about 15 minutes. There was no fire. It happened the same day a notice was placed in all the room doors which included that there would be a $45 fee for "excessive fire alarms" (see photo). Interesting coincidence! There was no recliner or comfortable chair to sit in. There were 2 plastic chairs at the table In all, it may be an OK place to live long-term, but it's definitely not your typical hotel. Bring your own cooking gear and anything else you may need!
The people that work here is very friendly ,quiet and clean.
Facility was extremely difficult to find.The property felt more like a half way house for more long term residents than a motel.
