Dusty, dirty rooms
The lady that checked us in was the nicest lady in the world. She was so cool and down to earth and real and we appreciated that!
The property is exceedingly clean and well maintained. The staff were all pleasant and lovely to work with. Brandon, the front doorman was amazing, he was so helpful in offering nearby dining options and was just an overall sweet man to chat with. We all enjoyed our conversations with him, every business needs a Brandon to be their first impression! The location is close enough to easily walk to Soldier Field and there is a close pick up location for the hop on/off bus if you are in tourist mode. While we did not ride their train system, it was an easy walk to it as well. It is a little bit too far to walk to downtown but is a quick $20 Uber ride away. Overall, if I had to go back to Chicago, I would not look for another hotel, I already know where I would stay.

Excellent to be connected to McCormick Place for events. Good options for lunch and dinners. Wish there was a continental breakfast option included for the stay price though.
Very nice place to stay if you are visiting the McCormick Place. Very convenient. The only thing I didn't like was how easily I could hear noise from the hallways and other rooms.
It was a very beautiful building.
Staff was very accommodating
Parking was stressful even though I had already paid.
We got an ADA accessible room even though it was not selected when booked. As a result the shower was only 3 walls and a curtain. The room was dirty as well. You could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed and there was significant dust on the counters and alarm clock in the room.
