Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, bed made me itchy, non-smoking room smells like cigarette. Hall way smells like cigarette and weed. Extremely noisy from train passing, industrial workers driving their trucks, people yelling outside, witnessed a fight outside from my room window, feels really sketchy and unsafe.
Room was nasty, the carpet had some stains that look like blood. No towels in the bathroom, hair and stains on the bed, trash on the floor and no hot water 😡
Possible prostitution going on in parking lot. Customer service was taking a call from his Mother, saw me standing there and made me wait 10 minutes. Possible blood on my wall. Very sketchy neighborhood
I liked the handicap parking spaces and the free breakfast. I didn't care for the smell of bleach but that's because I am allergic to it.
I felt unsafe because at 5:45am, someody tried opening my door. Good thing, i used the safety lock. I called the frot desk and told him why somebody can open my door? He said it's impossible. But it just hapoened! and he said he can not do anything about it since he was preparing breakfast..what a concern employee! this place is not safe!

After booking for 2 days. I was happy until I only needed one day. Upon talking to the desk and the manager I found that I would not get a refund ffor the second. Manager very rude. I understand it is not the fault of Orbitz. Too bad as I tried to talk to Orbitz as well. It was not alot of money but just the way it was handled.
It was nice. Only issue was on the 3rd day my door keys stopped and had to go and reset them. But no biggie. And I think guests were leaving the back door open.
We came to Dallas for the Mary Kay Seminar at the convention center. This was about 20 minutes away but a great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and a bed that did the trick. Price was great too!!!!
I was working from hotel room. Very spacious with a sofa, tv, safe and fridge. Clean. Wi-Fi worked great which was important to me. Staff was very nice. I felt I got a better hotel than I paid for and the price was great. If I'm back in Dallas area I will use again.
Good location, great bed, elevators worked, good breakfast, hot water, and clean.
It is nice to stay and near to highland park and university park, SMU. Very comfortable and clean. Quite sleep over night and cozy bed.I like it
Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great size and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I visit texas in the future.

For the most part, this hotel was jest barely acceptable for the price. Pros: Large room, comfortable bed. Cons: Broken...and I mean with shattered and missing pieces exposing electrical components...coffee maker, dangling live wires from the ceiling, loose bedside light switch. In general, this room was a fire hazard all around. Go ahead and take a few more points off for safety concerns.
Was a good value for the price and did fit my location needs. Staff did not smiled (at all). Breakfast was a "Look, but no thanks!" situation. Would use again, but only at a low price.
