Nice friendly staff. Bathroom was a disappointment. The shower head was attached to the long wall so that the user had to use the shower width instead of length. So many empty rooms that I’m not sure why they gave us this odd one. Nice stay- lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Clean hotel.
Walls are a bit thin. Neighbors talking at normal volume easily heard.
I was disappointed that there was no vent fan in the bathroom. Especially since this was a room for 4 adults. Also, nothing to hang wet towels on except two hooks.

The pool was lovely! The lobby area is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and inviting. We will be back.

they cant explain why i was charged two diff charges on my card very disappointing and the hot water didnt work one night...no hot tub like advertised could only us pool for 45 mins and that had to be scheduled....i was told none of this prior to my stay...wont stay again
