Loved how close it was to the arena.
Very clean and in a very nice area
There were a lot of people waiting for their rooms to be full, my room was received until 12 at night. Already having the reservation a day before
Loved everything! The staff and facilities were very nice.
Great hotel it’s very clean and accommodating. Close to BJCC where I was attending a concert. My stay would have been perfect if there had not been an alarm at 4:15 AM. The alarm went off and there was an announcement to remain calm and trained employees were checking it out. I got up and prepared to leave. There was never an announcement that there was no danger I was up for the day by then. Not happy with the wake up call.
Unfortunately my stay was not one of the best. At check in they did not have a room ready for me, gave my info and waited for call with room...no call so went out on business. Came back and they originally couldn't find room...11 30 at nite. Checked into room and found that on window side of bed stain that looked like someone puked. You may want to take care of that stain! Staff at check in and in lounge were great...breakfast too. Thanks
Did not get the hotel we requested. Overcharged with no explanation. Elevators not in great condition, made lots of noise and seemed to struggle carrying more than a few passengers.
Club room is not as what i expect like in Atlanta. We don't even have fridge and chair like in atlanta sheraton.
Overall a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Occasional noise and running in the corridors is expected. "Uptown" with a bunch of good places to eat is just a block away. A very short ride from the airport as well.
It was doing the snow / ice storm, couldn't go out for anything, only 2 restaurants open in hotel which made it very conjested, no refrig nor microwave in room.
More noise than I would like. Had a built in night light with the light coming in from the hallway under the door.
Need signs to find rooms. Valet left car outside and not locked.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly - no complains about the room. But honestly, it's a little hard to swallow paying $150/night and then paying extra for wifi and an exorbitant amount for an ok breakfast buffet the next morning (since there are no other convenient breakfast options nearby). I'd stay again, just wish they'd reconsider the pricing on some of the extras.
Stayed at this hotel for a conference. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated getting a $5 credit for choosing to not have my sheets changed nightly. It was noisy in the halls at night, however, and the staff was very unhelpful when I arrived early and requested to be notified if a room became ready for early checkin. I was told they would not accommodate me beyond holding my luggage, which forced me to change clothes in their public bathroom and attend the conference half-asleep until their 3:00 check-in time. Not worth the money for this type of service.
I accidentally messed up my reservation and it was taken care of by the hotel without a problem. I thought I was going to have to pay double due to my mistake. Great hotel and very comfy rooms! And the BJCC concert hall is next door if you want to catch a good concert like we did.
Fabulous being able to go to BJCC without ever going outside. Beautiful accomadations!
Very efficient staff. Business friendly environment.
Only disappointment, did not have a King size bed as requested and confirmed beforehand.
