I didn't expect much because the hotel has "Inn" in it,but I didn't expect everything to be broken. The phone's cord was broken, the light switch didn't work ,the light switch by the bathroom didn't work , the bed was stiff as if someone put starch on it , and the shower barely worked. The only reason I stayed at the hotel because it was close to the beach and everything at the beach was actually full.

This is a nice place to stay. It is very close to Kroger and several restaurants. The room was clean and the pool was clean. The only thing we didn't like is that there was no coffee pot/coffee in the room. The rate was less than I expected. Very satisfied.

Staying in this room was not a fun experience. The carpet was torn, handles were broken off of the dressers, the light above the bathroom sink wouldn't turn on, there were cigarette burns in the blanket of my non-smoking room, there was hair in the shower and in the towels. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

First the pluses - close to amenities - stores & restaurants; close to our real destination - Galveston and very affordable. It seems to be in safe place - no unsavory characters wandering around, and the staff seemed pleasant and friendly. However this came at the expense of our rest. The mattress was in dire need of replacement - it literally sloped from one side all the way across. So we ended up piled on the down side and always with a sense you were going to fall at any minute. I don't have any idea how many times we rearranged ourselves that night to spread out again but it made for a restless nights sleep. The room stank of past cigarette smoke in spite of asking for a non-smoking room. The front door had a 1/2" gap at the bottom making it imperative to run the AC all night to keep the humidity and heat down. That means we woke up with dry sinuses and sore throats. Honestly I'm not one to complain much but that everything combined was too much to call comfort - which is what I paid for.

Lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful...this was the best part of the hotel. The rooms stunk and had dead bugs on the floor. Other guests had children of ade 5-7 running up and down stairs and in rooms at 2am, hotel failed to stop when reported.

this place was terrible! I had to go find a store to buy air freshener to bear sitting in the room, it was very noisy, at 9:00 p.m. there was nowhere to get a drink or anything because they lock the office and will not let you in where the vending machines are, the pool was filthy, this ad advertises new renovations,I dont think so. I would never go back again.

I originally searched for a hotle closest to galveston and found this to b th e cheapest However once there i realzied ther were actually cheaper clsoer rooms.

Room had a musty mildew smell with no TV remote and hair in the bathtub and on toilet. The Contintal Breakfast only consisted of dry cereal and small unfresh honeybuns. The coffee was real good though. The breakfast room was extremely small and very crowded at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. The parking slots were very small and it was hard to open your door without touching the car next to you. The bed was real comfortable.

We were not totally satisfied with our room, although it was an affordable rate for the area that we were visiting. However, the room had a musty smell, there was construction happening in the complex, there were stains on the carpet, there was no listing for the TV stations, the towels smelled. The room was okay, the bed was okay. The desk clerk didn't know where anything was.

the location of the hotel was great. but maintenance of the hotel was lacking. the pool area was dirty and our room had a bathroom light out. the size of the room was nice and the couch was a nice touch.
