Completely renovated country house with a stunning view over open landscapes, just about a 15-minute drive from Aarhus.
The house features a large private garden and a spacious, open terrace where you can enjoy the sun while the children play. The modern kitchen opens onto the dining area and is equipped with a new oven, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, and more.
The house is bright and comfortably furnished, with a large living room on the first floor. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have single beds that can be separated if desired. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and toppers for a comfortable night’s sleep.
There is a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor and an additional toilet on the first floor. A spacious utility room offers storage space, a washing machine, and a dryer. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, while radiators are installed on the first floor. The heating system has recently been upgraded to an eco-friendly heat pump.
Close to the house, you’ll find a large area with playing fields, as well as access to forests and nature. The house is near several popular golf courses and within reasonable distance to various beautiful nature experiences. Additionally, Randers, Aarhus, and Silkeborg are all within a 30-minute drive.
