This was a quick trip. We expecte to use the pool but it was closed due to a city inspection. we were disapointed since we like to use the pool to relax. Perhaps next time
family stay away
Hotel was in kind of a rundown section of town. The room was great. Office front desk lady was nice at check in but later grew an attitude once check in was complete. Breakfast was very simple in the morning..
This hotel was good they had everything needed but i dont know why they put me in a room that is weird.
shower head mold made me sick I think, breakfast not so good either
We had stayed at this property in the past when it was a Comfort Inn, and it was nice. I had asked for a first floor room, which they gave us, but the room they sent us to was occupied by someone because there was luggage and personal things everywhere. We were then given another room which was clean and lovely. I regret to say that we will not stay there again.
I booked online asking for a non-smoking room. As we proceeded to our room with luggage in hand, the hallway smelled of smoke. As I opened the door, the room also smelled heavily of smoke. I've stayed at many hotels that have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and there is always a stinch of smoke in the air. I've had luck by turning on the AC to help circulate and remove the odor,so this is what we decided to do. We came back from eating dinner, and the room still smelled like an ash tray. We decided to check out of the hotel because I didn't want to smell smoke for the rest of my vacation. I was informed because it had been over an hour I wouldn't be able to get a refund back. Furthermore, I was informed the room I was given was actually a smoking room but the sign on the door that read non-smoking hadn't been removed yet. I asked for the 800 number to the hotels corporate customer service. The staff told me she wouldn't be able to give me the number. I than asked for her name as she was wearing a badge with her name on it. She covered the badge with her arm and told me she wouldn't be able to give me her name. I asked for the manager and was informed the manager was not on duty. I was told the manager would call me on my cell phone the following day. I'm still waiting for the call.

This is an older establishment and is showing its wear and tear. It may have been cleaner than it looked and the bed was much too soft.
