This is an aging hotel in need of work to bring it up to a 3 star. It's okay for an overnight in a pinch if you get the room at a really low price. There were some items in need of maintenance, like the carpet pulling away from the wall, but it seemed clean and the breakfast was okay. If you're expecting an above average room, you'll be disappointed.

Beds were comfy. Toilet seat was broken. But very quiet.

Over all it was a great stay. Great deal for the price I paid.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Hotel was filthy.

Motel was ok. Good location .Clean. Decent breakfast. Could use updating.

You get what you pay for....not a great location. Old but Clean room if you just need to get some sleep while on the road. Area was a little sketchy. However it did have a good Staff. The girl at the front counter was excellent and helpful.

It was a good room for the price. I return there again

Was a convenient location off our route. Decent price and availability. Staff was nice.

pool not functional and they advertise it on their billboard that it is the largest heated pool in town. Hot breakfast is advertised too, but what they mean is you can heat up your toast in a toaster.

My stay was great. Great rest after a hard a hard work day.

It was just a place to catch some sleep on our way to our destination. It wasn't the best hotel we stayed in but it wasn't the worst either. The room was clean, there was a microwave, coffee pot and small fridge; tv and wifi were the most important and they worked so that's good. Breakfast was cereal, toast and donuts. Like I said, it was ok.

this hotel was not bad nor good. if you are budgeting then you will understand.

This hotel is okay, just need a few touch ups. Needs comfort.

this hotel was nice and quiet good place to stay but did not get a chance to check out the pool.

The staff was very unfriendly. Asked for non smoking and received a smoking room! Unsatisfied!

First off, run down neighbor hood. They have security from 11 p.m to 5 a.m to break up fights and to tell unregistered cars to leave. Dark parking lot, hotel room REEKED like an ash tray. Rude owner , woman at front desk was very unhelpful. The picture posted online of the hotels lobby is false. We asked for a receipt and were told we can't have one. In the end we left with no refund and were very disappointed.

Although I had booked a non-smoking room, upon arrival I was put in a smoking room. 2 tries by the new girl at the front desk (with a little help from a supervisor) corrected the problem. The room was comfortable, clean, and had just the right amount of lights to brighten the place up. Sure, the place is dated, but, hey, I'm just taking up residence for a couple days and it's pretty darn comfortable. The heater in my room (it was 2 degrees outside!) was more than sufficient. Seriously. I couldn't quite figure it out so it was a bit hotter than I would normally like it. I ended up setting the "cool" to 74 degrees and the "heat" to 68 degrees and it seemed to work. That, however, would be my only complaint. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign provided, so I made my own with a post-it and some tape I had with me and stuck it to the door. The staff respected the sign and didn't come into the room for my entire stay. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience and I'll stay there again.

No problems with the friendly clerk at check in. However room was too dark for us & the refrigerator door dragged on dark brown carpet. Think the sink should be separate from the bath/shower area.

Like one of the previous reviewers my initial feeling was a bad one. Like him I should of followed my instincts and turned around and walked out. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights and when I returned to the room after the first night's stay (after spending a sweltering day in New Mexico) I found a room without towels and wash cloths plus unchanged sheets. When I called the front desk I was told they would be happy to remedy the situation the next morning? I went to my car got my clean blanket threw it over a chair and caught a long enough nap to move on to my next destination ( I was just too tired, hot and sweaty to leave right there and then) . I woke up at 4:30 am packed my bags and checked out. The motel had the nerve to want to charge me for the second night (without linens) plus a cancellation fee!? The only reason they got a 1 rating is there is no 0.

Staff was nice, room was adequate, but the "OOPS" is because there apparently was a booking error between Orbitz and Day's Inn. We had to take a "smoking room" when I specifically requested a NON-smoking room. Because of the Navajo Nation Fair in Window Rock, they had NO NON-smoking rooms to give us. We had to take the room because EVERY other motel was also booked solid. The staff was as nice as they could be explaining the error, we were as understanding as we could be, under the circumstances, and other than our clothes smelling of smoke when we left, it was an "OK" experience
