My wife & girls were not even treaded with care or even concern on having bit by bedbugs in the room. As well finding a big spide in the room as well. Very rude & unprofessional manager & staff.

Not a 5 star hotel but I could not be more pleased with hotel for the price. The biggest disappointment was distance to any resteraunts.

3 a.m. the people above me must have been smoking crack...pacing back and forth across the floor continuously.....called the front desk..took 3 calls for them to answer...took 45 minutes for me to get the people upstairs to quit.....don't go here if you want a good night sleep

Hotel was ok, clean and no odors. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was not up to par.

Staff was friendly hotel ok. This place is a little overpriced and getting older by the day. Make sure your room is away from the interstate and traintracks or you will have a rude awakening when that train comes thru.

When they say breakfast is over at nine, they mean exactly at nine. I had worked in my room from four a.m. waiting for the breakfast period 6-9 am. I showed up a few minutes after 8. But the alarm on the clock had gone off at 2 am and in fumbling to turn it off I had inadvertently advanced the time. The staff was adamant about not reopening breakfast. That left a lingering negative memory of an otherwise adequate stay.

Hotel was very easy to find from the expressway. Clean.

This is the first and last time we will be staying at a Day's Inn. I couldn't believe when the lady in charge of breakfast service actually say to my back when I was filling my water flask with hot water, "hey, hey that is for in house use only, not for take out!" I am not sure if she thought I was filling my flask with coffee, regardless it's very rude to address a person with "hey" Best Western is much better at least if it's really coffee for take out, they welcome you with a coffee cup and cap.

everything was just OK, bed sheets were rough.....

The night check-in clerk was very nice and friendly, but the check-out staff didn't quite know what they were doing. Hotel charged 10.00 per day, per pet fee (Good value), but accepts cash only and is reluctant to give a receipt for the payment. Hotel if VERY close to train tracks. Trains go by ALL night, about every 45 minutes.

It was great for a one night stay. I would stay there again!

We had looked up directions online and got the wrong directions and ended up at the other Days Inn in town. Had to backtrack but was satisfied with the room. It was only one night.

Usual have a decent time staying in this hotel between LA and Tulsa. Room was huge for the price and the bed was comfortable (single king bed, wing back chairs and couch in the room). Breakfast was not very diverse (toast, yogurt, boiled eggs, single waffle maker, apples, and raisin bread). The shower had strange black and brown debris--likely mold--that came out from behind the sealing when the water was on. Super gross and couldn't shower. The receptionist working the late shift when we checked in was new and it took her forever to get our key cards activated.

It was a refreshing change to stay at a hotel in which the manager took an extra step to insure our comfort, rather than waiting for customer complaints first. He inspected the room prior to us heading in, and apparently does that for all clients. Given we were moving with our dog, it was lovely that it was both dog friendly and clean. It was a step up from many other "dog friendly" hotels of similar price point. It is too bad that many pet owners do not pick up after their pets, although many people don't pick up after themselves, so I shouldn't be surprised. It was nice however that not only was there was a waste bin near the entrance of the hotel for me to toss my dog's waste, I noticed very little dog waste around the property. I mentioned it to the manager and he apologized stating that he pays some one to clean it up but they don't come on Sundays. I was trying to compliment him, and he apologized as it was normally better. Something to note, we arrived a little after 3 pm on a Sunday. Asked the manager if he had any recommendations on where we should go to eat. He informed us that most independently owned/local restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays or close by 3. That was sad news for us but we were able to have excellent steaks, Navajo raised beef, at a near by casino, just be prepared for a pretty smoky non-smoking environment.

Perfectly functional for what we needed. Clean and friendly.

Great place for road stop while traveling the relaxing!

Our room was clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were in working order. Breakfast was not good, even if it was free.

If you arent willing to stay in the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express...this place is great to stay

Spacious room. Clean & comfortable all around. Gorgeous view. Lots of shopping all around. Great TV & movie selections.
