Close to the train tracks so it is loud but I didn't mind to much as it didn't keep me up. Towels were small and on the rough side but the beds were clean and that's what's important to me. And the price was great!

Surprised that the room was really like an apartment. Ok but would have liked some carpet on the floors as it was wet out and no place to wipe your feet.

Train every ten minutes blowing horn was WAY too much for us! Couldn't sleep, because of all those trains all night long, nice room, great bed, darn trains!

Booked our room through Orbitz. Requested a handicapped room for my husband who is disabled. When we arrived the lady at front desk said she didn't recieve the confirmation and that we had to take what is available. She stated its not her fault we booked through Orbitz, really????? Don't you contract through them???After 9 hours on the road we decided to take a room despite our frustration. Returned to the front desk after checking in to report that the room was dirty and asked if we could get a discount or maybe another room. Was told no and we had to take what we got. My daughter, who was traveling with us, tried to reason with her a few minutes later and was told that her parents are liars and was raising her voice to my daughter. We immediately checked out and and are currently fighting to get a refund.

It was just an ok place. Towels and sheets were threadbare. Clean

HOTEL WAS VERY NICE, BUT WE LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE TRAIN.THERE ARE SEVEN TRACKS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL.A TRAIN PAST EVERY 15 MINUTES AND BLOWS THE WHISTLE. ALL THE HOTELS ON THAT PART OF HWY 66 ARE THE SAME. IF TRAINS DON'T BOTHER YOU IT WAS A NICE PLACE.

Stayed overnight in Gallup and found an affordable Motel 6 with good amenities. Friendly staff as well.

Staff was quick to get me into my room. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Bfast was a plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but other than that, it was pretty bad. We asked for a non-smoking room, and even though there was a sign on the door that SAID no-smoking, the room smelled awful and it was obvious that people had been smoking in there for years. The hotel is right near a train, and even though we were in the back, you could hear it all night long. Also, the side door lock was broken, so they kept it propped open with a rock all night.... kind of creepy and not so safe.

Very clean large room. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Room was very clean, everything worked, only the tv didn't. Bed good. At that area (on every hotel) you have to handle the noise of the train - horns.

I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Decent for the price.

receptionist UPGRADED to suite for my military affiliation. First time this has happened to me. thanks a million

Made a last minute decision to grab a few hours of sleep on our way to a meeting. Really didn't want to spend a lot of money for a 5 hour nap so chose one of the least expensive options. Checked in at 1 am with a really nice young man at the desk. He upgraded our room. Room was dated but clean and bed was comfortable enough for the few hours we were there.

This was a last minute decision to stay here while passing through on our from LA to Boston. We were gonna stay at days inn but they had issues with their computer so we came here. The front desk staff was very friendly. They referred us to the restaurant next door where we got 10% off our meal and had great service there and the good was delicious. The room was very clean comfortable, nothing fancy but just enough for myself and my mother. The towels were a little thin and small but the shower had great water pressure. The beds were okay. TV was old but had lots of channels to choose from. For the price we paid it was a decent place to stay.

When i first decided to book this room, i had confidence in the agency and also the room themselves, but it did not work out at all! The first night that i checked in i was greeted and told there were absolutely no availability but i can give u the very last place we have. I checked in at 10:00 pm and was with my 5 year old daughter and could not just leave but took the room. When we got into the room, it stunk of cigarette smoke and i looked at the door and it was labeled as a non smoking room. I went back down stairs to tell them that i was not satisified because i specifically asked for a non-smoking room. But i was just told theres nothing i can do, we do not have any more rooms. Of course it was 10 at night with my daughter and i did not want to drive around town looking for something else when i had booked this room long before in confidence. So, we just ended up staying. Another problem that arose was the fire alarm was hanging open with wires hanging out from the wall and annoyingly chirped throughout the night. Also in the morning i was going to make coffee with the coffeemaker that was provided in the room. as i moved the coffeemaker i found old candy and trash behind it. I left with my daughter and went downstairs to tell them again about the other things i found and was greeted by another lady who told me that the lady from the night before should've changed my room but that i also had the right not to have stayed but i told her it was 10 at night and how was i suppose to just leave and go somewhere else when i originally booked in confidence. I was then told you used a room with two beds but you origanally booked for a single bed! I looked at her like she was kidding me becauae there was nothing at all available for me to be move to anyway! But she demanded that i pay more money for the second bed utilized by my dauhghter! She also told me that i could change rooms across the hall for the other room i did not like. She told me to get my things out of the room and move them. She then followed me and told the maid that was cleaning the next room that i was moving out. I took my things and moved to the next room and it was a lot cleaner and did not smell of smoke! As i was settling into the room, i got a bang on my door and there that lady from the front desk stood at the door demanding yet again for more money just because she gave me a room with two beds. I told her i would meet her back downstairs and discuss if with her in which she agreed. In going back downstairs, i was yelled at by the maid staff that i had left some stuff in the room that i had moved out of which i did not recall even leaving anything. But i went back into the room and found dirty used underwear this lady was pulling out of underneath the bed!! Oh my gosh i exclaimed and i told her that those aticles of clothing were not mine but were already there!! I told her maybe your maid staff are not doing their jobs right because those were already here!!!! I walked out as i was given the most evil look from her and proceeded to walk back downstairs to the front desk to take care of yet another demand for more money! The front desk lady kept telling me that if i wasnt satisified i could just cancel everything and leave which was not an option for me because of the reservation being taken care of already online. I told her that there were used underwear in the room which was not mine and the maid was trying to say that they were and demanded that i take them which i didnt and described to her. She was clearly appauled but told me theres nothing i can do for you because we have no available rooms and u still have to pay for the second bed you used last night and also the second bed thats in your room right now! I told her that this was not right and asked to speak to her manager but she told me that there was none available as well! In the end i gave her 20 more dollars in which she asked for!!

I was moving across the country and didn't check-in until after midnight. The room was clean and had a micro-frig which would have been neat but I was too tired to haul in the cooler. The room was clean and the staff courteous. The price was perfect! There were no problems with my 2 cats staying with me.

Didn't stay at this hotel.
